15th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)By far the worst agency I have ever rented from. Was left with a leaking ceiling in my bedroom for several months with minor support from the carter and reeves and they continuously choose to ghost us instead of dealing with issues. When they did book repairs in we would usually have less than 12 hours notice, and received significant attitude and rude comments if we weren’t available with less than 12 hours notice. The only way they would fix things is if we threatened to get external support or not pay rent. I suggest staying very far away as renting from them will severely impact your mental health. Michael especially was inaccessible and barely answered when we reached out. I suggest not renting from them if you want to maintain your sanity.

I'm a 100% satisfied customer, and have no hesitation in recommending others to use them for buying/selling and management.
15th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!
11th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Van driver WN75 HWK. This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

Their response time is incredible (shoutout to James) and the move process was made so easy for me (shoutout to Alicia). I’ve had so many awful experiences with other London agencies but they really went above and beyond for me and ensured my renting process has been smooth-sailing and problem-free. Super pleased with their services!

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

Charles Swan at the Nine Elms branch was professional, very friendly and consistently went the extra mile for me. I'm very grateful for his help and reassurance. Flat now sold!
1st May 2026 (6 days ago)I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

23rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
