Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!
17th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

They made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice. Their knowledge of the Beeston area and the wider property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend Martin & Co Beeston to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

The team were fantastic, Melissa Knighton got our property sold on the first viewing! Never expected that! Cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this estate agency.

For many, it can be a difficult and anxious time. However, throughout, the journey, Hannah has shown consummate negotiating skills, and has treated us with compassion, understanding and kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process. Thank you so very much.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. We would highly recommend.
21st Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

24th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)Lovage have been great managing my HMO for 5 years now. They just do what they say they will do and keep the process easy and fair for tenants and landlords. I have found this is rare in this business and I thankful to them and cannot recommend them enough.
24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

4th May 2026 (3 days ago)Mr Barnett made every effort to sell my apartment, but as yet it hasn't sold. He is a capable estate agent, obviously knows the market and has experience, and has made a number of suggestions which i will consider.
1st Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.
