3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Jakub Lasia was my dedicated agent at Barnard Marcus, and honestly, 5 stars doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service he gave me.<br><br>Moving to London from wales was already a really stressful experience, but Jakub went above and beyond from beginning to end. I actually initially missed out on the flat I wanted because another offer went ahead, and I thought that was the end of it. Jakub didn’t just move on to the next client, he remembered me, kept following up, and when the original offer didn’t go through, he made sure I had the opportunity to secure the flat. I’m now moving into what genuinely feels like my dream home, and I really don’t think I would have got it without his persistence and dedication.<br><br>What stood out most was the personal touch. At no point did I feel like I was just another name or another client. He remembered the little details, checked in with me more than once without me having to chase him, patiently answered my endless questions, and made sure I understood every stage of the process. He genuinely made me feel like finding the right home for me mattered to him too.<br><br>Having dealt with quite a few agents during my search, the difference was honestly huge. Jakub was consistently warm, positive, reassuring and incredibly hospitable. Even when things were stressful, speaking to him immediately made the whole situation feel much more manageable.<br><br>That same warmth carried through to the rest of the branch as well. When I went on to discuss my offer, the manager was equally welcoming and friendly, and I left the discussion feeling completely at ease with the agency and my decision.<br><br>Just an all-round brilliant experience. Professional without ever feeling impersonal, incredibly dedicated, and genuinely kind throughout. Jakub is an absolute credit to Barnard Marcus and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. 19th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Had an overall good experience with Galloways. The team was friendly, responsive and supported me through each step of the process. Some pressure was applied towards the end but overall I was happy to be supported by a smaller team and local agency to West Norwood.

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I cannot praise Winkworth Putney enough they are the best agency in Putney for letting and selling.<br>I have used them over the last 2 decades.<br>They have in their team a legend called Russel white he is a true gentleman of real estate .<br>Followed by Adam Taylor I think he is a rising star if not already a star.<br>Both this gentleman are really true professional they really go out of their way to help and assist in both selling and letting.<br>They are backed up by a good team as well and I cannot praise or recommend them enough.<br>Would like to thank their Southfield office as well who are always so kind as well.<br>Big shout to Bella at Putney office as well she is always very helpful and kind.<br>Thanks Winkworth Putney for doing such an amazing job for me my company my family and friends.<br>Aftab Ebrahim
17th May 2024 (2 years ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

Looking for properties in London can be so stressful, but with an agent like Aaron, it couldn’t have been easier. After a quick chat with him about what I was looking for, he got back to me with a few options in my price range, that were exactly what I was looking for. The hardest part about the process was picking which place I liked best. Every viewing I showed up to (even when I arrived early), Aaron was ready and waiting to show me my next potential home, with the knowledge and professionalism needed to handle such a big life commitment. We rented our first home together through Martin and Co, and had a wonderful experience with the whole team - notably Annabel and James.<br><br>Renting for the first time can be nerve wracking, and we’d heard all the horror stories about unresponsive managing agents and other issues, but you’ll get none of that with Martin and Co. We stayed in the same property for three years, and this was largely due to the peace of mind we had from our interactions with the team.<br><br>Always quick to respond to any queries we have, and incredibly helpful through any rare teething issues with the flat. The team really care about their tenants and the properties they manage and it shows.

6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
