It is her first time in the UK and wasn't familiar with how the renting process works, so it was all a bit overwhelming for my partner.<br><br>My partner came back after her viewings very happy with the service she had received. Odesa was patient and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, making her feel much more confident.<br><br>It's very hard to come across someone who's so invested in helping people, and it really made my partner feel less stressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Odesa to anyone looking for a property.<br><br>It is clear that Marsh and parsons were outstanding with training their agents and I look forward to looking for a home with them in the near future.

The agent provided inaccurate and misleading information, which caused my family to lose valuable time while searching for a property. The communication was unprofessional, and the information we relied on turned out to be incorrect.<br><br>I would not recommend dealing with this agent if you expect professionalism, accuracy, and honest communication.<br><br>(Paula Popa M.A.R.L.A.)

He was honest, upfront and really knowledgeable about the properties.<br>He laid everything out for us, he communicated really well and made it such an enjoyable experience.

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)When we collected the keys, we were told the process of transferring council tax, water, and energy into our names would be smooth and largely handled for us, with a welcome pack to guide us through it. In reality, we received no welcome pack and had to piece most of it together ourselves, including several calls chasing an update on the water bill over the course of a month.<br><br>That being said, the agency did action things on their end relatively promptly, and did give us some email guidance and insight into how to sort things out ourselves. We'd have much preferred being told clearly from the start that we'd need to set most things up ourselves with some support, rather than being told it would be handled for us. The main issue here is a gap between what was promised at move-in and what we actually experienced, not a lack of effort on their part.<br><br>With that being said, we love the house and the area, and we genuinely love living here.

Adalina's communication was excellent, she was quick to respond to any questions and she made everything feel much less stressful. I really appreciated her dedication and support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acorn to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We were managing a simultaneous sale and purchase, which can be a stressful process, and Kelly's communication, organisation, and calm professionalism made all the difference. She kept us informed at every stage, chased solicitors and other parties in the chain when things stalled, and always made herself available to answer questions quickly. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout, and she genuinely felt like she was on our side rather than just closing a deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
