She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

10th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

From the initial advertising right through to completion, everything went perfectly without a single hitch.<br>?They gave us incredibly honest advice, were extremely respectful of our home during viewings, and drummed up a huge amount of interest from prospective buyers. From the start, the move-in process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained. They were completely transparent about all fees, so there were no surprises or hidden costs along the way.<br><br>What's stood out most is how they handle maintenance — any issues I've raised have been dealt with extremely quickly, which makes a huge difference when you're renting. The team is also genuinely friendly and easy to deal with, always happy to help and quick to sort out any problems.<br><br>Overall a really positive experience as a tenant, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent through a reliable, responsive agent.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt. Shanique wasn’t just showing us properties — she gave us a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding area as well. She thoughtfully introduced us to nearby facilities such as gyms, swimming pools, and other local amenities that are essential for our future lifestyle. Her attention to detail and local knowledge were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and thoroughly impressed by her service.
