Right from the beginning, their communication and hand holding through the process was nothing short of exemplary. Anyone who has had the pleasant experience of dealing with this office will know that they add a personal and human touch to their dealings. The entire experience in finding a property, to being guided through the negotiation, and the paperwork felt smooth (in such a hectic market!). 18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

His hard work was invaluable in resolving problems and facilitating good communication between different parties. Much appreciated.

Sean is genuinely supportive and listen to what you’re looking for as well as ensuring the best value is achieved on the sell side. We chose Langford Rae over 3 other Estate agents as they did not ‘hard sell’ and give unrealistic expectations.. they were honest genuine and fair .. of course, all agents want the sale but these guys were ‘real’<br>We are grateful to them for a very smooth ‘transaction’ through a very emotional process of selling our family home. I personally would highly recommend them.

They were excellent throughout and really went above and beyond, with wonderful marketing and photography, professional viewings and an efficient offer process. They achieved around twenty viewings in a week and multiple offers at a time when other agents may be slow and struggling.<br><br>I was also a landlord for around ten years using Greenwoods to manage the property.<br><br>With both sales and lettings, Peter Greenwood has an exceptional knowledge and understanding of properties and the market. If ever there was an issue, which required his higher level of expertise and gravitas, he would step in to resolve. We knew we could rely on him and his dedication and professionalism.<br><br>With lettings negotiations and management, Indiana was fantastic and always keen to achieve the best outcome.<br><br>Scott is a star and really brilliant too.<br><br>Thanks to Greenwoods for all their hard work and great relationship for the last decade! 18th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)The owner of the agency Hassan locked us out of the property. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Scott, Jackie and the rest of the team were great throughout the house buying process.<br>Scott handled the negotiations very professionally and brokered the deal so that the buyer (us) and the seller could make the deal happen that both were happy with. Always available when you needed them and on top of things with the right follow ups. I would work with them when I need to sell or buy a property.

We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.<br><br>Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. His experience of the local market really showed and it was reassuring to have him involved throughout the sale.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to use Houseman & Holmes again and would happily recommend Richard and the team to friends and family. Thank you for helping us get the sale over the line!

Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.
