As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and uncertainties along the way, but they were always patient, understanding, helpful, and informative. During our property search, the team were very proactive in sending us properties that aligned with our requirements. From the very first viewing all the way through to post-completion, they supported us with the same energy and care from day one. We really built a great relationship with them throughout the whole process, which made such a stressful journey feel much easier and more personal. Any queries, questions, or problems we had were always taken seriously, and they genuinely made an effort to help solve them quickly and professionally. We truly appreciated all their support during such an important milestone for us. 11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold a flat in South Hampstead, which I jointly owned with my wife, through Rose & Co Estates. We live in Singapore and on our visit to London in September last year, it was important for us to have a real estate agent who specialised in properties in that area. Initially we looking at both options i.e. to sell as well as rent, so we were in contact with Jeremy Curtis for sales and James Rockman for rentals, who were both very helpful in guiding us through the two options and the key considerations to bear in mind. We were also helped by Darren Rose who provided us with additional guidance and help. We eventually decide to sell so Jeremy was our principal contact through the sale process. We were pleasantly surprised that he was able to get us an acceptable offer within a month of us engaging his services. Jeremy kept us regularly updated and guided during the longish process leading to completion of the sale including at times when there were procedural delays. This constant communication was important to us as we live in Singapore. We would like to compliment Jeremy for his courtesy, patience, professionalism and promptness of service. We would also like to thank James and Darren for their guidance and service. Overall, it was a very positive experience dealing with the team at Rose & Co Estates.

31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!
16th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

25th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I rented through Home Connect and had a very disappointing experience. I paid a £3000 deposit but only received £500 back after leaving, with no clear explanation. I would not recommend.
16th Dec 2025 (5 mo. ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

12th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)Moving house is always a stressful experience, but Hume Homes were incredibly helpful compared to many of the other estate agents we encountered. They provided a proper face-to-face viewing of the property and maintained very quick communication throughout the whole process. If anything needed doing, it was sorted out immediately. Now that we have moved in, we are still in the process of truly making it our own by buying furniture, but it is brilliant to have finally found a place in Streatham right near the town centre and train station. I would highly recommend their services!

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
