In the end in a difficult market, the property was sold for a good price which I was extremely grateful for the hard work that David and colleagues putting in.

Isabel Sunde was professional, responsive and easy to deal with from the first valuation through to agreeing terms. She took the time to understand what we needed as landlords and was flexible and constructive when we discussed the contract details.<br><br>The marketing was well presented, with good-quality photography, and communication was clear and prompt at every stage. The flat was let quickly to a well-referenced tenant. It's reassuring to work with an agent who combines strong local knowledge with a straightforward, transparent approach.<br><br>We'd happily recommend Isabel and the Winkworth team to any landlord in the area.

She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.<br><br>We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.<br><br>After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?<br><br>Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

The team were brilliant throughout the whole process — responsive, professional, and always quick to chase up the little details that come up during a sale, even outside normal hours. They kept things moving smoothly right through to completion and made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely manageable. Would highly recommend the team to anyone selling in the area.

4th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!<br><br>One star, and only because zero isn't an option.<br><br>I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.<br>For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.<br><br>Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.<br><br>The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.

Staff at Chas Lowe have been so helpful and supportive, answering my questions (lots of them), and reassuring me throughout the whole process. 14th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Really an Outstanding Estate Agent - Particularly the "dream" team of Alan, Simon and John - they were all able to handle any query or issue I had along the way immediately and gave excellent advise - If I was them I would have got fed up of me turning up every couple of days to their office to check progress but they always answered and dealt with any issue I had very professionally and in a friendly and approachable manner - When they were talking to potential Buyers and Other Solicitors they really did have my interests as a priority - Can't recommend them enough, you really need to use this Agent if you are Selling you house in the Chessington area
