The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

14th May 2024 (2 years ago)Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.

28th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)We found a property that was on our liking with a decent price as well, we contact them and tell them our story. As it happens our circumstances made it that we needed the property quickly so we offer 6 months in advance to have the property keys as soon as possible and than after to have the references done. Now with the times we live in is understandable not to want someone in your home without credit checks and all that, but we offered 9k in advance do you still think i can't pay my rent?! Than to be told that no matter how much we pay we can t have the keys to the property by 20th nov, that s 25 days for a property available now, any other agency would take 5-7 days they take 4 times longer, they discriminate against non british people. There is absolutely no logic behind the way they acted. That s my story take what you please from it.
8th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I had Redac Strattons as my Property Manager for many years, and overall it was a genuine pleasure to work with them, although, towards ther end of the agreement, certains attitudes did disapoint me.<br><br>However, I could always count on Takumi, a kind person and an outstanding Property Mangament Professional.<br><br>I could also always rely on Yerko, who was responsible for the Accounts. Patient, knowledgeable and competent he always took the time to address the many questions I might have had.<br><br>Being able to depend on people like them was extremely important to me, particularly as I live overseas.<br><br>A very Special mention must go to Stephen Price, Associate Director at REDAC STRATTONS.<br><br>He has my utmost adimiration.<br><br>What an exceptional professional!<br><br>Of course, he is higlhly competent, but most important, he always made me feel that I had his full attention and that he was genuinely available whenever needed.<br><br>He listens carefully and thoughtfully, a quality that becomes increasingly rare.<br><br>He is remarkably kind, considerate and courteous, and possesses that rare combination of professionalism and humanity that leaves a lasting impression.<br><br>M.
