8th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options. I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. Thank you very much

Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. The staff are very warm, kind, helpful and very professional, special mention to Dilraj who has been very helpful and understanding in every way. They kindly gave us full refund of the deposit after we left our rented house and did not deduct any money. I would highly recommend recommend Asford Agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy and a committed experience.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Thank you for being passionate and professional in this sector. I will definitely recommend Abdul of ARQ Homes to my friends and family. Mustafa
23rd Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10
10th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Andrew Scott Robertson made the process of selling our property easy. They were attentive and kept constant contact with us, updating us on viewings and market information. We can’t fault them and would recommend their services to anyone on the area. Special thanks to William and Guy, who helped us tremendously.
30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)This was not a good experience and I would recommend avoiding this agency. Firstly though, the positive: They responded to a concern that we had regarding the status of the property that would have constituted a health hazard. They commissioned works to fix the issue and they were promptly and effectively carried out. They were also always polite and friendly in their communication. However the reasons I recommend avoiding them is as follows: They took over management of our tenancy from a previous agency and neglected to perform any checks of the status of the property. When they did take over, they called us to up our rent by 1/3rd. It's quite unusual to raise rent by such a high amount like this. They made it clear that we would have to leave if we couldn't comply, but we grudgingly did as we knew our rent was lower than the market value due to Covid making rents generally lower at the time we signed the contract. When we moved out, they tried to deduct the cost of our professional clean (£170+) from our deposit despite the fact that we'd cleaned it to a high standard and knew we weren't liable. They relied on the assumption that we would be too intimidated to challenge them and that we wouldn't know the law. We fought and won all of our deposit back, and they wasted our time for months and attempted to deny us money which they knew was rightfully ours. Because they didn't have any evidence, as they'd neglected to take any stock of the inventory or the status of the property when they should have, they didn't have any way to prove their claims, which already had no basis. At this time and other times during our tenancy, they also showed a willingness to lie outright, both in person and in written communication, and didn't seem concerned or aware that they were contradicting themselves. For these reasons, I would recommend avoiding the agency, both as a prospective tenant and as an owner. They cannot be trusted in their words and engage in intimidation and manipulation as part of their standard business practice. Their approach might have worked in the past, even leaving aside the ethical issue, but it is very unsuited to the future, where renters rights are ever increasingly protected and people have access to more information and ways to communicate.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

10th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We had been with Greenlands for almost 3 years, they have been very good landlords/agents. Any requests were immediately acted upon, fixing things were very quick. They are respectful of your space - no surprise visits and they always ask for your confirmation. I really like that they manage properties locally so their office is super close to the properties. They are very responsive with the emails, repair requests, questions - anything you need. We got the deposits back really quickly as well. Thank you Will very much for taking care of us!
