The entire Talbots team was consistently supportive, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. Having dealt with several estate agents over the last five years in the UK, Talbots really stands out for the quality of service they provide. They treat tenants with respect, communicate clearly, and make the whole renting process smooth and stress?free. I only moved out because I needed to relocate closer to my partner’s workplace, otherwise, I would have happily stayed on as their tenant. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant?focused letting agent.

I can't reccomend Gary and the team highly enough. They know the area and their customer base so well - they found a buyer who appreciates the property in the same way I did.

21st Jul 2026 (27 days ago)When you sell a beautiful family home that you have loved for 20 years you need to find an estate agent you can trust.<br>We chose Winkworths partly because they have a huge client base which would allow them to steer the correct buyers in our direction.<br>This is exactly what happened and our house sold above our expected sale price without even going on the market.<br>They were attuned to our needs and concerns, utterly dependable and professional throughout the whole process.<br>Thank you Cameron and Donovan.

28th Feb 2020 (6 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. 11th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

I think the flat being valued at £300,000 was too ambitious, it sold for £159,000. Dexters were pleasant and helpful throughout.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
