21st Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????

The team has been consistently responsive, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. A special thanks to Alecia and Altin, who have been incredibly helpful from the very beginning and continue to provide great support. Their professionalism and dedication really stand out. I truly appreciate the service and would highly recommend Salter & McGuinness to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive estate agent.

Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.
17th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Highly recommended - friendly, honest, responsive and professional. Having rented in London for over a decade, I know how hard it is to find a good lettings agency and Russell and Tamara at DM &Co really stand out from the crowd. From my first contact they were very professional and friendly. When a landlord refused our tenancy application on a first property due to my needing a guarantor, they were empathetic and compassionate and really fought our corner. They were even happy to give us advice later as we continued our search and came up against some less scrupulous agencies. When a second suitable property came up, Russell remembered us and contacted us straightaway for a viewing and as a result we now have a lovely new rental property to call home. Unlike a lot of agents I have had to deal with, they are extremely transparent, and were happy to answer any questions we had regarding the tenancy agreement, deposits etc. I have encountered plenty of estate agencies who either don't bother to update their knowledge appropriately, or who will try to keep you in the dark just to see what they can get away with. At DM & Co there is none of this, just an honest, professional approach from a small, local team who obviously know the area well. We have been in our new property for nearly three months now and so far everything has gone off without a hitch - they are very responsive and helpful when communicating with our landlady regarding any queries we have, anything that has gone wrong in the property or anything else we have needed so far. So a big thank you to Russell and Tamara - if only more agencies were like you. Update (December 2025): after 5 years renting our much-loved property in Northolt, we have now moved on. The check out process went really smoothly and DM&Co were very human and flexible when we weren't quite sure of the timeline for moving out. Thank you both for your hard work and efficiency over the past 5 years - communication has always been great and it has been a pleasure to deal with you.

Within a few short hours he had a few suitable options for me and within 48 hours an offer was accepted! Right from the get go, he was upfront and honest about our selling prospects and was always great at communicating and giving advice as to how to make our flat as sellable as possible and it paid off in the end. Can't really recommend enough! Thanks Tim.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. 7th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)This was he worst experience I have ever had in 10 years of rental property's. The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums. Never again!
13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!

22nd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.
