From the very beginning, the entire process of securing the tenancy was handled with remarkable ease and efficiency. The agency ensured that everything was straightforward, well-communicated, and completely stress-free. Moving can often be overwhelming, but this was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. A special mention must go to Richard and Nicola, who were both exceptional throughout my tenancy. They were consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful—always quick to address any questions or concerns, and proactive in making sure everything ran seamlessly. Their approach made a real difference and created a sense of trust and reliability that is often hard to find. The property itself was a wonderful place to live. It was clearly well cared for, and it truly felt like a home rather than just a rental. I’ve had a genuinely lovely time living there, and it’s somewhere I’ll look back on very fondly. Overall, I can’t recommend this estate agency highly enough.

Shah is one of the best agents very cooperative and trustworthy. All kind of problems were sorted with profesionalism in a very short period of time starting from day one until the last day of tenancy. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

I had my property on the market for months with no luck, then I moved to a different estate agent who managed to sell it straight away. I found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The best thing anyone can do is use another estate agent, a professional one not Man & Co.
