It sold within two weeks of marketing and has now exchanged. It’s a leasehold property which as I know can take a lot longer than freehold but from start to finish it was 9 weeks. Special thanks to Aaron and also Julie the Sales Progressor who I’m sure I chased a lot in the past two weeks and she was patient and professional. Thank you everyone and I have one happy cousin. 25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)I have never written a review for an estate agent but I had to write this. I cannot express enough how amazing Rochford Stokes has been as our letting agent. Right since the day I viewed the property (the manager Jason actually waited for a while as I was running late and then later also dropped me off as I was in a rush between viewings, have never received such kindness from London estate agents). They go above and beyond to help you. Their communication with us as tenants has been exceptionally good and considerate. We are only leaving the property as our landlords are selling the property. Even with the property sale, they have been so good to us and have treated us exceptionally well and not just like a number/tick box exercise as many estate agents in London do. Small things like keeping us updated at every stage, sending a Christmas card to us, and always understanding the tenant’s perspective while managing the landlord’s perspective speak volumes about their professionalism and dedication to providing the highest quality of customer service. Everything has been smooth and stress-free with them. In fact when we put an offer on the property, Jason never pressured us to bid more (like many agents do) and told us to put an offer we were comfortable with. I cannot recommend Rochford Stokes highly enough. They make you feel valued as tenants which is quite rare in London. I would definitely come back to them when I look to buy a property in the near future.

20th Jul 2024 (7 days ago)I have been renting my property in Battersea with Bairstow Eves at Clapham Junction for 3 years now and they have been BRILLIANT. Right from the very first manager to the current lettings manager, Afsheen Shampour and his colleague Petya Daneva. These two are very approachable and have been supportive and to my view very humble!!!!!! They listen to me, they take my phone calls or promptly reply to them and to my emails. If ever there is anything that I am not sure of, they do patiently explain it to my understanding. I was with FOXTONS at Vauxhall before I moved the renting of my property to Bairstow Eves, Battersea and I can confidently say that my experience with Ash and Petya, Bairstow Eves at Clapham Junction is a billion times better than that with FOXTONS!!!!!!! A very BIG THANK YOU TO ASH AND PETYA AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT CLAPHAMJUNCTION!!!!!!!!!! What e team!!!!!! It's been a pleasure working with them, I am about to stop renting my property via estate agents, but in the future if I am to need the services of an estate agent I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO BAIRSTOW EVES AT CLAPHAM JUNCTION!!!!!!!!! They were quick with their responses and had all my paperwork approved within a week of visiting the property. We managed to get approved all within a week and kept in contact throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional, they were able to help me with any questions I had. Overall a seamless process without fault.

Camilla Akehurst immediately set herself apart from the other estate agents I’ve interacted with when she showed me around the flat I eventually bought; she was helpful and honest. Lewis then helpfully steered us towards completion and was very responsive and informative. Fully recommend!

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. 15th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!
