He was super helpful with all of our needs during our time there and always went above and beyond if we had an issues or questions. 27th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Each time we knew Charlsons had our best interests at heart. They acted with professionalism and good humour throughout. It was a good day for all when we completed. I heartily recommend their services.

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

What stands out most is their maintenance management; any time we had an issue in the apartment, they quickly sent contractors to handle repairs. They have also been very flexible with our needs over the years. A truly professional team.

Tobias and Irina were both brilliant - thorough, quick to respond and on top of every detail. They kept us in the loop at every stage, chased things before we even had to ask, and made what's normally a stressful process feel easy. Their local knowledge of E20 is brilliant too - they know the area inside out and that made a real difference in helping us find the right place. They even put us in touch with solicitors who were just as good to deal with - and the whole thing went so smoothly, which isn't something you can usually say when buying a property. Genuinely professional, honest and a pleasure throughout - felt like we were in safe hands the whole way. Can't recommend Tobias, Irina and the team highly enough. Five stars from us and a big thank you for getting us into our new home.

Was with us a long time throughout our buying journey, lots of ups and downs (out of his control) and he saw us through it all. Good friendly normal human energy rather than weird distant strange vibe which we really appreciated. Recommend!
