23rd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Mehmet and Rej do not respond to emails. As a landlord rent is supposed to be paid to me on the 5th of each month. Almost the end of the month and full rent hasn’t been paid, whenever i reach out to them for days asking for clarification or the reason for extreme delay all your emails get ignored. This is not the first time I’m having to chase my rent or send countless emails concerning the delay of rent being paid to me. I have typed several emails from last week to them no response. Why do you ignore landlords when you’re the one managing their property? How long does it take to type a response? Highly unprofessional. Will be switching agents

27th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)If I could give no stars I would. Will, who said he was the manager of the two Hackney branches, really could not manage a rice pudding. He was enthusiastic until the sale was agreed and then didn't want to bother with any communicating thereafter. He gave the clear impression that he just needed to sit back, do nothing more and wait for the commission to role. He gave clear indications that he did not have time to try and help progress the sale because he was too busy trying to make other property sales. I came away with the definite idea that Dexters work on agreeing as many sales as they possibly can and then do nothing thereafter and keep their fingers crossed that the sale completes. They work on quantity of sales and not quality of service. What Will does not take into account is that buying and selling is very stressful for the buyers and sellers and part of the agents job should be to be very active in progressing the sale and keeping in communication with other agents and the buyers and sellers until the sale is complete. Avoid listing your property for sale with Dexters to avoid disappointment.

Anzal and Rumel have been especially helpful. Anzal in particular took us around our first viewing, was very approachable and friendly, was knowledgeable about the sales process, and proactive at setting us up with a potential solicitor and mortgage broker. Rumel was great at keeping us informed during negotiations and was very knowledgeable about sales, mortgages, and buildings overall. I would definitely recommend bookings with this team!

The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
