Very efficient, no phone call or email went unanswered. I really appreciate their support throughout the whole process.

They were responsive, proactive, and did a great job keeping momentum with the initial listing. The team presented several offers.<br><br>Dan was particularly instrumental in taking the transaction from offer to completion. He was highly proactive, stayed closely involved throughout, was always available when needed, and did an excellent job coordinating the various parties to keep the sale moving forward. His persistence and communication made a real difference in getting the transaction over the line.<br><br>I would happily recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a very disappointing experience when contacting this agency to arrange a viewing.<br><br>At first, I explained that the property would be for me and my baby. The member of staff placed me on hold, and after waiting, the call ended. I called back and the same thing happened again. This occurred around three times, which I found very frustrating and unprofessional.<br><br>When I eventually explained that the property would be for myself, my partner, and our baby, I was told that the property would be too small for the three of us. I felt that I was given repeated excuses rather than a clear and helpful explanation.<br><br>I understand that not every property will be suitable for every applicant, but I believe customers should still be treated with respect, listened to, and given professional communication. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency did not feel professional or welcoming.

We were desperate to get everything completed quickly and move into the flat on time, and Hanan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.<br><br>She went above and beyond to help us, was always supportive and responsive, and did everything she could to make sure we got the flat on time. We truly appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Hanan to anyone looking to rent a property.

It certainly wasn’t the smoothest journey, particularly when we had to deal with an unexpected water leak from the flat upstairs during the selling process. They made my move-in process smooth and have always responded quickly and been tremendously helpful when any issues come up, particularly Clare, Bonnie, and Beck! Really recommend!
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Hanover has given me absolutely fantastic customer service from beginning to end. If I'm honest, I was not expecting the quality of service I got, because the flat I was selling is a relatively low-value property; I figured the team would save their energy for homes nearer the top end of the market, but they absolutely did not. Initially I got a realistic idea of likely selling price from Charlie, who was both helpful and knowledgeable (he clearly knew my market segment). Senan did the first viewing ... and then I started to worry if I'd made the right decision about my agent because then Richard brought someone round, and then Pierce - where was the consistency, and how would this impact my customer service? Turns out I was completely wrong in my assumptions: all three members of the sales team gave me nothing but excellent support, and they also kept in touch with each other about what progress was being made so service was seamless whoever I spoke to. Once I had an offer, they were brilliant liaising with the buyer; and - critically - they gave me timely and well-placed advice to ensure that I could move things along as quickly as possible at my end when other organisations were causing delays. Not only did I get first-class service but the whole team are as friendly a bunch as you could wish for. I recommend them wholeheartedly (I never thought I would ever say that about an estate agent!) and would choose them again every time.

24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)0 stars if I could - we were strung along for a confirmed viewing this morning and no one showed. Multiple excuses of “travel delays” and then subsequently told “I wasn’t told about your viewing until now”. Meanwhile, we travelled over an hour to the viewing and had to wait almost an hour in the rain while Kaylene strung us along saying someone would be there shortly. You can rent from the property managers directly these days so you’re better off going via JLL etc.

Anthony handled every question and counteroffer with total professionalism and really took away much of the stress. He kept me updated at every step and made the closing process completely smooth.
