We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Main point of contact has been Wayne Ellis. Communication has been great, process very thorough, with a can - do attitude throughout. The ‘support’ departments have been equally good.

She was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. She was also very informative, answered all of our questions honestly, and clearly knew the properties and area really well. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through Foxtons in the end, we genuinely had such a positive experience with Yvonne and really appreciated all of her help and effort. She made a lasting impression and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property!

I can honestly say that we've never had a bad experience with them, and every member of staff that we've interacted with over the years have been professional, friendly, and happy to offer advice to any queries we've had. I can highly recommend and look forward to many more years as their customer.
20th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda
12th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with Foxtons Hackney. I was told a studio was available and proceeded in good faith. I spent significant time completing the application form, providing information, arranging references and sending the documents in multiple formats because the PDF was difficult to complete properly. After going through all of this, I was then told that the current tenant was extending until the end of June. This was not communicated to me before I spent time on the application process. I had also turned down another studio because I believed this property was genuinely available and moving forward. The communication was poor, the process wasted my time, and it caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult housing search. I would not use Foxtons again based on this experience.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

Kevin was especially helpful throughout the process — professional, responsive, and supportive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Everything was handled smoothly, and the communication made the experience much less stressful. Really appreciate the help and would happily recommend Garrison Estates to others looking for a place to rent.
