Very polite, took time to do the viewing properly. Haven't across that many nice estate agents in London, but she certainly was very lovely!

They were flexible with viewing times, considerate of our father’s needs (he’s in his 80s), and always honest and clear with their guidance. The range of different properties was also impressive, especially as keeping within budget was an important factor. We especially appreciated that there was never any pressure to buy - no pushy sales tactics - just a straightforward, professional service. They also responded promptly to our solicitor’s queries, which helped the process run smoothly. We would happily use them again and highly recommend them.

Mr. Sayem helped me secure a flat, and I had a very good experience with him. He was very helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. Every time I contacted him, he responded positively and did everything according to my requirements. He also communicated very clearly and nicely. I really appreciate his support and would highly recommend him.

Most importantly, he never wastes our time and has a great ability to understand exactly what we are looking for in a property. Throughout our experience, he has been extremely professional and clearly values his clients just as much as they value him. He is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very respectful. We worked together for over a year and during that time she helped us rent out our home as well as find a new one for our growing family. Our circumstances changed several times along the way with schools, locations and family needs, and every time I changed my mind or updated what we were looking for, Shereen was patient, understanding and always supportive. What meant the most to me was how well she listened. She understood exactly what I wanted and never wasted my time showing me properties that were clearly not right for us. As a mum with limited time between children, school runs and activities, that meant so much. She made what can be a stressful process feel easier and far less overwhelming. After working together for so long, you naturally get to know someone, and I can honestly say that Shereen is not only an excellent agent but also a genuinely lovely person. She is warm, kind, hardworking and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. That is something quite rare. Over time she became much more than just the person helping us move. She became someone I genuinely enjoyed hearing from and dealing with. She works incredibly hard, always with positivity and such a lovely energy. Shereen is still so young, in her early twenties, and already so impressive. She has a brilliant future ahead of her and I have no doubt she will do incredibly well. First time selling a property, can confirm a very stressful experience but was always reassured and advised at each step of the process. All staff were polite and courteous but would like to say a personal thank you to Megan because she was always a calm and supportive voice at the end of the phone.

He was professional, efficient, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Both George and Hiten went above and beyond to respond to any queries and requests which we had throughout the process (which ended up being more complex than we had originally envisaged). They were always incredibly professional, clear in their communication, generous with their time and worked with us to find constructive and proactive solutions. One of the best decisions we made throughout the process of moving house was deciding to list with Element!
13th May 2026 (6 days ago)I feel a bit sorry for the people working here - I think they're encouraged to uphold predatory practices. When trying to find a place to rent, I feel that they don't listen to your requirements and insist on showing you things £200-300 out of budget or against other requirements you may have. Some landlords may accept lower offers, sure, but I doubt they'd accept hundreds below asking. It becomes a waste of time for both agent & prospective tenant.
