It was already Friday evening, the office was closed, and most places were out of hours. Despite this, Khalid went above and beyond to find an electrician for us, and the problem was fixed in no time.<br><br>It really shows how much the agency cares about its tenants. The communication is always excellent, and whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve been there for us.<br><br>A big thank you to Khalid and the whole team at Ellis & Co for your outstanding service. 30th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Based on my personal experience, I would encourage landlords to exercise caution when considering this agent.<br><br>In my case, I have had to commence legal proceedings after rent was collected from my tenant but was not passed on to me.<br><br>Despite several reminders, I have not received the outstanding rent. I have also experienced delays in receiving rental statements and found communication regarding property management to be disappointing.<br><br>Overall, my experience with communication and customer service has fallen well below my expectations, and I no longer have confidence in the current management.<br><br>I would recommend that anyone considering this agent carries out thorough due diligence before making a decision and also considers other reputable letting agents with a strong track record.

They sourced a buyer before the listing went live in a challenging market and brought a lot of momentum to a complicated onward chain. A particular shout out to Maria, whose tenacity and urgency were instrumental in navigating the excruciating final hurdles and getting it all over the line. Solid advice throughout from and experienced team.

The comms before, during and after signing the contract was great. Zach and Rana have both been great throughout the process. Would recommend to a friend or a foe.

Harry, Amin and Lilly did a great job with a very difficult sale, they communicated very well throughout, helped us with some difficult decisions and were able to deal with some major problems with solicitors with little fuss. Trustworthy snd efficient. A very stressful time made much easier thanks to the team. We would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.
