14th May 2026 (4 days ago)They got the flat on the market within a week of being instructed, it went live on the Friday and i was lucky enough to have a viewing on the Sunday which I accepted their offer on the Monday. Good clear communication form all parties - made the selling process feel easy.

I was kept informed throughout the process giving me greater peace of mind that my property was in good hands. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced from an estate agengy. The staff are so on the ball and no request was met with a no. I will use this firm in future and I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. I would like to say a special thanks to Diane and Elvira, you made the experience as stress free as possible and helped me achieve the best possible outcome. Great job MFL!

7th May 2026 (11 days ago)The situation was an urgent one. I needed a place as swift as possible to move in and NGU took the task on by introducing me to a property and arraigning a viewing. Their actions eventually resulted in the tenancy agreement and a contract being signed. Everyone on the team was awesome however, one person was outstanding, Shakil. Shakil was there for me through and through. From the first day of the enquiry till I moved in to the property and even after. I would recommend NGU to friends and family whenever the need arises.

In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin

All of the staff including Marie and Tiffany have been extremely helpful and I have felt the communication has been great. I would definitely recommend them.

24th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.
9th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Administration of the property leasing old school, no silly apps and speak to people which is great. However that’s where the good part comes ends. The problem is the inspector and the property manager. Poor landlord is suffering the consequence, a lot of inconsistencies in what they are saying to both parties, as is the poor tenant that relies on them To make matters worse lettings manager ignores complaints rather than properly investigating. Even after council report, no acknowledgment of issues. What can one do?

Mandy showed us around the property, she has great knowledge of the property and surrounding areas and make the viewing process seamless.

13th May 2026 (5 days ago)From the moment Rosie Fraser came on board to sell the property, every member of the team was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kept in touch with me every step of the way, They did everything they could to increase the interest in the property (adding a video ). Whenever I had a query I could Whatsapp them and would usually hear back within minutes. Throughout the whole process (which can be stressful at times) I felt they were there supporting me the whole way. I have sold other properties in the past with other Real Estate agents and can honestly say that Rosie Fraser surpasses them all. I would certainly recommend them.

5th May 2026 (13 days ago)We're first time landlords and have been dealing largely with Nicola. Northwood are now providing management for our property. We originally contacted Northwood during our purchase and Nicola was very helpful during this time and provided lots of valuable help before we even completed on the property let alone paid for any services from Northwood. We strongly recommend the service she and her colleagues have provided us. We said up front we were happy to pay a fair price but need lots of guidance and help. They have totally come through on this promise, helping with the compliance requirements as well as rent collection etc. as you would expect. Nicola is very responsive, helpful and organised and this has really taken away any stress that we were feeling about starting a property business.
27th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
