From the very beginning, Paul was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything clear and straightforward, which really reduced the stress of finding a rental. The team at Hoopers Agency was also efficient and supportive, ensuring that all paperwork and arrangements were handled smoothly and on time. They are incredibly polite and consistently quick to respond to emails and correspondence. Easily the best agency experience I’ve had to date.
7th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Absolutely heartbroken by our experience with David! After being accepted for a property and paying the holding deposit, we were excited and preparing to move in, only to be told last minute that the landlord had changed their mind. No empathy. What makes it worse? They cited my field of work and my partner's age(22) as the reason something they were fully aware of from the start. It felt discriminatory, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. My partner was left in tears, and we were devastated. Thankfully, we ended up finding a much better home a beautiful place with a garden by the river in Hammersmith. But the emotional damage from this experience still lingers. Edit: In the response he is still implying I have am renting properties for running a business, which is not the case this is a consiperacy they are making up. I made it clear that although I run an Airbnb business I was going to rent this place as a personal home. He is calling us liars to our face this is unbelievably disrespectful. I've always been honest and never lied and won't let a letting agent call me a liar!

Everyone we met from the top down was friendly and professional so we were able to step back and leave things in their hands with confidence. Their expertise turned one of life's major stresses into a very positive experience.

5th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

17th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I have had a very positive experience with GHE for taking care of letting my flat. Everything, from the correct valuation, the careful selection of potential tenants, to the completion, was executed in an exceptional and friendly way. I always felt informed and supported.
24th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Definitely helpful to work with someone with such a human-centred approach in what can be a very stressful time!

Stuart looked after us from start to finish and was brilliant—super helpful, responsive, and endlessly patient. He especially deserves a medal for dealing with us managing things on behalf of my mother-in-law… let’s just say her relationship with technology is not her strong point ?????? Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Stuart made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth and straightforward. 21st Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I found communication to be inconsistent and, at times, misleading, which made it difficult to trust how matters were being handled. Transparency was lacking, and decisions didn’t always seem to prioritise landlords best interests. I would advise landlords to proceed with caution.
