11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.
13th May 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve had a really good experience with Anita at KFH Chislehurst over a number of years now. She’s found some excellent tenants for my property, many of whom have stayed for a long time, which says a lot. She’s always helpful, easy to deal with and willing to go out of her way to help, even when there’s no obvious benefit to her or KFH. Anita is v experienced and knows the local market well, and having been at the Chislehurst office for so long makes a big difference too. Would definitely highly, highly recommend Anita and the team at KFH Chislehurst.- 16th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently completed a transaction which was led by Marcus Wand and Max Turner at the KFH office and whilst the process was complicated and took some time, I felt like I was in very safe hands. 20th May 2026 (12 days ago)We have just exchanged on a house through Jacksons. To begin with, the process was quite difficult for us and we found there was a lot of miscommunication from the agent handling the sale (who then moved to another Jacksons office). However, as soon as James from the Clapham branch took over, the process went extremely smoothly. He was very proactive in helping us get to exchange, always extremely friendly and communicative, and we really felt very supported towards the end. He kept us in the loop, was very prompt at solving problems, great at chasing the solicitors, and very much felt like he was looking out for both parties. Before, we felt as if the Sellers (as their clients) were hugely prioritised and we were treated quite poorly, but James made us feel valued as buyers too, and that made a huge difference to the process. James is such a credit to the Clapham branch, and genuinely could not have asked for more from him! A shoutout to Sam as well, who was always very friendly whenever she answered my calls, and always remembered us, and to Drewe, who helped push things along when we had questions that originally weren’t being answered.
