Gosia was very knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all my questions clearly, without ever making me feel rushed. Overall, a fantastic viewing experience, thank you, Gosia!
11th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 25th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Amazing service from Jacques at Clapham Abbeville - super grateful for his accommodating nature and helping us secure our lovely flat!

16th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)My initial experience with Foxtons was very positive. Agents like McKyle and Jade were responsive and helpful while I was searching for an apartment. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Lately it has been difficult to reach anyone, and when I try calling McKyle he is often unavailable. I was later connected to Danielle, who told me about a property in Westminster. The landlord cancelled the viewing on Friday and it was rescheduled for Monday. When I called again on Monday, I was informed that the property had already gone off the market. During the call, Danielle mentioned that I had “gone for a haircut on Monday,” which is why the property was gone. I found this comment confusing and a bit unprofessional, especially since I was expecting the rescheduled viewing. I understand that the London rental market moves very quickly, but clearer communication and a more supportive approach would make the experience much better for clients.- 5th Nov 2025 (22 weeks ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.

I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.

They were great at managing everything throughout, very proactive and kept us regularly updated on progress. We also had great support from the wider team with Sapphire managing the final sale process and Emma helping arrange quotes and recommendations for works. Would really recommend the team for property sales in the Stoke Newington/Hackney area!

The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. A special mention to Harry, who was always available on the phone and incredibly helpful throughout. Really grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.
