From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Really disappointing experience and complete waste of time. Disorganised agency.<br><br>We travelled specifically for one viewing with them, only to arrive and be told by the agent that he couldn’t get the keys because the tenant hadn’t shown up. Why is the tenant handing over the keys at the exact same time potential buyers are turning up for a viewing? Surely this should be sorted beforehand so there’s time to deal with any issues and so you’re not wasting people’s time.<br><br>I’ve now asked Barnard Marcus to show me the property instead, as they also have it listed on Rightmove.<br><br>Before this I was accidentally booked into the wrong viewings and received confirmation emails/texts for properties I’d never agreed to view, followed by various cancellation emails and back-and-forth to get things corrected. I was repeatedly bombarded with emails from their mailing list despite unsubscribing and I had to email two different people more than once asking for the emails to stop.<br><br>I am really put off booking anymore viewings with this agency- 20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)The service has been excellent from beginning to move in date. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing start to the tenancy<br><br>I’ve been in the property for less than a month and have already had a very disappointing experience with the way repairs are being handled.<br><br>The kitchen tap has now been broken for over two weeks. Every time I use it, it floods water across the kitchen worktop, and the tap becomes extremely hot. I’ve actually been burning my hand having to push it down, even when using a tea towel.<br><br>A plumber has already attended and told me that it was a quick job and that they were happy to repair it there and then. However, they were unable to do so without approval. That was over two weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the repair to be authorised and completed.<br><br>I have emailed and called numerous times to chase this, yet I have received little to no communication or meaningful update. For something that presents both a potential water-damage issue and a genuine health and safety concern, I would expect it to be dealt with far more promptly.<br><br>Not a great start to the tenancy, and I would have expected much better communication and a more proactive approach to dealing with what should be a relatively straightforward repair.<br><br>*UPDATE finally got through on the phone, only to be told that my property manager had left and no one thought to tell me this after two weeks? I was then also told by Victoria that no quote had even been received, so Vijay, the property manager, clearly lied to me when he told me a quote had been received. Victoria was also rude and spoke to me abruptly. Anyone would think it was her that was affected, not me, the paying tenant. I have now been left chasing this for weeks with conflicting information and no proper communication. If this still isn’t resolved, I will be contacting the landlord directly, as advised by Shelter.

Linda the lady who was our 1st experience with the company was lovely not pushy and gave us a realistic valuation on our property. The sale went as smoothly as it could and within our expected time frame. When an issue came up on our side of the sale they were very patient with us which I appreciated. Fiona and Michelle are the ladies that I had all my contact with and nothing was any trouble for them! They kept me well updated and was in regular contact. I would 100% recommend The Address to anyone I know selling their home! Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. I discovered that the bed frame was damaged when I arrived, and she responded very quickly, contacted the maintenance team straight away, and arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. Thanks to her support, the issue was resolved without causing any disruption to my move-in. I really appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Highly recommended.
