They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.
9th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I just wanted to share my recent experience with this firm. We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns! No doubt we will keep in touch we just wanted to use this platform as it’s known Estate agents get a lot of negative press!! I can confidently say they are the best estate agents in Camberley. Richard and the whole team were always very accommodating and supportive with whatever I needed. Multiple visits to my new house to take measurements, every request was met with a yes, no problem. If you are looking to sell your house call Richard at Vickery, you don’t be disappointed.
