They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service.<br><br>Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. Thank you!

However, the service is very dependent on the Property Manager assigned to manage the property we rent.<br>I am delighted to recognize Madeleine Turns as an excellent property manager. Always professional, dedicated, prompt and very responsive and empathetic to our needs and challenges.<br>Since she has taken over, we have been over the moon with the service we receive and are very happy engaging with her.<br>Well done Hamptons for hiring an excellent Property Manager! Please ensure you nurture and look after her as she certainly does you proud. Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

3rd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very good experience at Davies Property Agents in Claygate when selling a house recently. They found a choice of buyers within a week of listing and the transaction completed without trouble within a good time frame. Davies Property, in particular George and Rocco, were incredibly helpful with providing access to the house during the purchase period for various necessary services when I was unable to attend. It really helped having a local agent who knows the area so well and provides a positive and enthusiastic interface to seller and buyer. Recommend.

They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I have only had the opportunity to deal with Sam, so it is difficult to give an evaluation of the business in general. With that said, if Sam is typical of the workers there, then with any reservations I would recommend this business. Sam demonstrated excellent knowledge and competency, he was patient and professional, and his customer service was warm and wise. If you are thinking of dealing with an estate agent to find you a mortgage, don't hesitate contact these guys now, and I would suggest to ask for Sam who will no doubt pass you on to one of his colleagues if he is unable to deal with you.

I’m pleased to report that this was also reflected in his dealings with us throughout the sale process; he had a calming influence during potentially stressful periods and was never less than professional in all aspects of the process.<br>Their fees are very competitive and the quality of their marketing material is high. Communication is excellent and at no point did we feel in the dark or not in control of the process. They took on board our suggestions and preferences, but gently guided us where this was appropriate. Well done, Jake!<br>In summary, they’re an excellent Estate Agent and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mansel McTaggert Horley to either friends or family.

Molly and the team there were exellent throughout the process from viewing, offer negotiating and driving through the conveyancing and completion.
