His valuation was accurate and the marketing information for the property was comprehensive. Sandra in the sales aftercare team kept us up to date and pursued solicitors when necessary, providing us with background information on the process. All in all we were really pleased with the Stirling Ackroyd team and their friendly and efficient service.

Not much more to say, I guess more money was the ‘profile’ that won! Also as days lapsed communication went sour. And since they never contacted us regarding any new properties, effectively loosing interest!

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

After a disappointing experience with another estate agent who struggled to generate viewings, we brought Jake in to market our property. The difference was noticeable straight away. He and Aiden consistently arranged qualified viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, Jake and Aiden continued to work incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with what was at times a challenging set of buyers and helping to keep the transaction moving forward. Their communication, professionalism and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. Jake is proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!
