22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

I worked with Dominic Murray who was very professional, courteous and proactive throughout the sales process. My overall impression of the company is that they combine a ‘traditional style’ of interaction with customers (extremely courteous, clearly aiming for high standards) while using the latest technologies for buying/selling and transaction management. My sales context was a challenging one and I felt every support possible from Dominic along the way. My sincere thanks to him. I strongly recommend John D Wood in Richmond.

The sale had complications due legal issues, but Mateo was invaluably helpful throughout the entire process. It took five months for the sale to complete and AN&A kept up regular contact throughout and were always available when we needed advice. We will certainly use them again in future and recommend to friends.

Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.

This was my first time buying a house, and although the process was difficult regarding the solicitors, Tredinnick & Bower held my hand throughout the whole process, patiently ensuring I understood ever stage, and working tirelessly to ensure that everything happened with as little delay and stress as possible. Their communication, support and overall professionalism were outstanding at all times.

Wish I could give a 0 (zero) to this real estate because I have heard your customer having so many issues that I am compelled to write this review. Not reverting and no timely action taken to address the issues. Absolutely zero maintenance and treatment to the tenants is ridiculous. It is high time authorities take action on this real estate.

The person with vitiligo who attended to me was extremely demeaning and even went as far as to imply that I was wasting his time within just two minutes of our conversation (it was empty, no costumers, just me) Despite my inquiries about properties listed on their website, he insisted on pushing his own suggestions, claiming to know better. This behaviour was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it greatly detracted from my overall experience. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was severely lacking in my interaction with this individual.

3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)If you are working on auction, be careful if someone work with seller to get your deposit. I worked with Ahmed Ali, on foxton side, and bidx1, so not cool. I am also using their solicitor, completely in big trouble now which they created. be careful scammers-- 1. Misrepresentation of Property: The seller or their agent may have misrepresented the property's condition, value, or ownership status to entice you to put down a deposit. This could involve false claims about the property's amenities, potential for development, or rental income. 2.Failure to Provide Legal Documentation: Deliberately withholding essential legal documents, such as title deeds, property searches, or planning permissions, needed for your mortgage application could be part of a scam to prevent you from completing the purchase or securing financing. 3.Deposit Fraud: If you suspect that the agency has intentionally misled you to secure your deposit without intending to fulfill their obligations, it could be a form of deposit fraud. This might involve promising features or benefits of the property that do not exist or fabricating urgency to push you into making a deposit. 4.Collusion between Seller and Solicitor: In some cases, there could be collusion between the seller and their solicitor to withhold vital information or documents needed for the transaction. This could be part of a larger scheme to defraud buyers or extract additional funds.
