20th Sep 2024 (20 weeks ago)I've decided to give this a one-star rating, or even zero if possible. The agent, Sharone Balarajah, was incredibly rude. It's baffling to me how she even became an agent because she clearly lacks the ability to communicate with clients. Despite my attempts to explain, she was continuously shouting and rude, insisting that everything be done immediately because she was going on annual leave. It's unacceptable for Bernard Marcus Estate Agency to have agents like her, who seem to think they can insult clients. It felt like we were dealing with someone who had no regard for professionalism or basic courtesy. This behavior cannot be overlooked. It's imperative that this individual be confronted and sent for training. (FYI : This is Barnard Marcus Thornton Heath Croydon.) We want to remortgage our property

She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process, helping us find the perfect rental home for our family. Robbie took the time to understand our needs, especially with three children, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Her dedication, professionalism, and friendly approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier. I would highly recommend Omar if anyone need help in the future

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen
5th Sep 2024 (22 weeks ago)I sold a property for the first time and it was a long process due to buyers making an offer then pulling out. I was supported by Jake at Bairstow eves, Shirley throughout the process. He was professional, supportive, patient and answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pain or stupid. Nothing was too much. He made a difficult and scary process easier and gave the time to listen and assist and teach me along the way. I would recommend Bairstow eves as an estate agents who support you through selling your house in a positive and stress free way and would definitely use them again. Please consider Bairstow eves when looking for an estate agents I highly recommend them. Thank you Jake and the Shirley Bairstow Eves team.
11th Oct 2024 (17 weeks ago)Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.

Elle has helped me immensely, being very clear and precise with every detail. The apartment was cleaned in detail before I moved in, for every question I had they were very correct both in phone conversations and emails. I am very happy that I rented the house with this agency, I think they are very correct and serious. I suggest you with your eyes closed. Thank you Elleeee????

Martin was always quick to get back to me, and it felt like they genuinely cared about making this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. 29th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Selling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job—always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. If I had to sell another property, I would definitely appoint Black and Blanc again.

2nd Aug 2024 (6 mo. ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
