What immediately stood out is that because they are an independent, local firm (and not a massive chain) you genuinely feel they care about the quality of service they deliver. This personal commitment is evident in every interaction. The entire team was fantastic, guiding us seamlessly through every step, from the initial viewing right up to signing the tenancy agreement. This level of comprehensive support is a rarity. In a market saturated with awful agencies that solely prioritise maximising profit for the landlord, this agency is completely different. They strike a perfect, ethical balance: they genuinely care about both the landlords and the tenants, focusing on finding the right people who will look after the properties long-term. This focus on fit, rather than just finance, makes all the difference. We were already thrilled with the professionalism, but receiving a lovely welcome box full of goodies on moving day was the sweetest finishing touch! We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us
25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Property was on market for a year had two prospective buyers who pulled - Once Perry ( Branch Manager Sutton ) took over with his expertise and knowledge property was soon put back on market - was sold in three weeks by Thomas they both worked as a team guiding me through the steps of a Probate Sale - Communication by way of phone calls/Emails was second to none Sale went through within three months they worked hard for me. Thank you both Perry & Thomas - Christie’s Sutton is highly recommended by myself

5th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)After several years of renting my two-bedroom home through both the council and privately, I contacted a well-known agent after renovating the property to excellent standards in order to increase the rental price. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.
