He assisted us at every stage from initial viewing, offer stage and most importantly in the process to get from offer accepted to completion. We had many hiccups along the way which Stuart was always willing to help us resolve and to chase the lawyers from three sides. Prior to finding this place, we did work with other estate agents and did notice how they were just interested in getting a sale agreed regardless and not assisting thereafter. Stuart was not like that, he understood our needs, helped us without issue when we had to withdraw from one property to another and continued to assist us to final completion for which we are very grateful. Thank you Stuart.

Stephen has allowed us to view the property on multiple occasions to help us make our decision and the transition towards the move in date has been great. They have also made sure all our requirements have been met to begin our tenancy. Would definitely recommend to all.
19th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. Highly recommended.

Holly very very rude not just my reviews others ….. be careful, they will fabricate anything to get you to sign with them . They do not do things right and a name ‘holly is so rude shows no lack of empathy , no customer service , just wants commission and bye.lies lies and more lies DO NOT USE THIS AGENTS FIND A REPUTABLE AGENCY she brings this company into disrepute. Wrote to the owner haven’t heard anything . No knowledgement ( that in itself speaks volumes !!! .
9th May 2024 (10 days ago)The initial experience we had with zest was fantastic but unfortunately communication fell short. We were not updated weekly as we were informed we would be. There were also spelling mistakes in our advert on right move and Zoopla. Unfortunately for this reason, I cannot at this time recommend zest. Michelle is a lovely lady, she has a great aura and approach, I think we may have been unlucky as it seems her normal standard is high.
