We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

26th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Overall it was very quick and smooth renting process for me as specially when I was first time renter and I was away from the country. I managed to do all the process over the phone or website. Andra was simply amazing throughout the process. I was about to finalise other property and then I saw this property and left my interest online. She called me within few hours and I explained her my situation and asked to finalise the property with in few hours if possible. She made it happened and I think in around couple of hours I completed my initial process. In absence of Andra Khilna and Dilip were also very prompt and quick in responding and solving issues. Kudos to the whole team.

Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Had a good experience with the service received (particularly with Siobhan) in finding good tenants and with follow-ups. Definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

22nd Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.

Mr. Pawan did extremely well in marketing, pricing strategy, negotiation and communication. With his professionalism, he quickly strived for the best offer / buyer among several in less than one month. He could always understood our concerns and clarified our confusions regarding the process or even legal matters during the selling process. His clarity and responsiveness is highly appreciated. 6th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)So glad I didn’t end up renting with this company after my extremely poor experience and seeing these reviews online. Communication was terrible, arrived at the my pre-booked appointment after calling the office 4 times to get more information about the location. Was told to come back the next day to see two properties which were on for £300pcm more than the one I originally requested, both of which thy stated ‘we currently have multiple offers on both’. Overhyped and overrated, this is all that is wrong with the property market in London. Don’t waste your time.

27th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
