On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. We were kept fully informed with regular updates, and they worked tirelessly to arrange consistent viewings until the right buyer came along. Their strong local knowledge was invaluable, and they even provided trusted contacts for services such as clearance firms and solicitors, which made the whole experience far smoother. 4th May 2025 (1 year ago)We sold our property at the end of April 2025 through Wilkinson SLM. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!! He made us feel like we were his No.1 priority at all times. He was in constant contact to keep us up to date with progress and went above and beyond in guidance, advice and help which enabled a quick sale and completion. 13th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the start dealing with "Jerry" who is now no longer there (good) felt very pressured buying our first home with this company, sellers solicitor kept wanting to put completion dates in before our solicitor had finished checks, kept getting calls and emails for "updates" Evan though said multiple times speak to our solicitor as was in there hands (we had done our bits), some information we was not told about from the seller either which would of been nice and wouldn't of delayed things if truthful, some of the staff in the office was talking abit inappropriately in the background when me and my partner had to come in, if we purchase another property we will go with another estate agents.
