3rd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)DON’T USE FOR LETTINGS - CHECKS NOT CARRIED OUT I’ve recently purchased a property via care4 which they had managed as a letting property through a previous owner. Upon purchasing I’ve complained about 20 bin bags of old goods being left in my loft. They have obviously not checked that the tenants removed everything from the property on behalf of the last owner/landlord and this I why I would not use them and advise others to avoid doing so. Their poor checks have resulted in £££ expense and time on my part. I appreciate these things can happen and offered for them to resolve for me and not receive this review. I’ve not heard from them.

James was absolutely fantastic from first engagement, ensuring that he fully understood details of the chain before recommending an offer be accepted, through to chasing and ensuring matters progressed whilst keeping me updated on progress. I would definitely recommend.

Specifically from Georgie Collins who was so responsive, so understanding and very approachable. I would highly recommed this team at Grossgates. I owe Georgie a wine for sure. She is amazing she went above and beyond at every turn!

Great service - would recommend !- 20th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)I recently moved into a new rental property through William H Brown, and Kelcie made the whole process so easy from start to finish. She was really friendly and approachable, which made a huge difference compared to other agents I’ve dealt with in the past. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had and explained everything clearly, so I never felt left in the dark. The referencing process was straightforward, and she kept me updated every step of the way. Even after I moved in, she checked in to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making the process smooth for tenants, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

My stepdaughter and her friends rented a student property, and throughout their tenancy, maintenance issues were completely ignored. The agency was impossible to get hold of, leaving the property in poor condition for months. At the end of the tenancy, they unjustly withheld the deposit, forcing the girls to go through the Deposit Protection Scheme to get it back. Thankfully, the scheme sided with them today, but it makes me wonder how many other students this agency is exploiting, hoping they won't fight back. Avoid at all costs!- 9th Jan 2025 (19 weeks ago)With a tough year and upset with regards to selling our house with another estate agent, wh brown managed to sell our home fast with ease and we finally moved into our new home just 6 days before Xmas, that we had waited so long for. This only happened due to how amazingly good olly was at wh brown, we cannot praise him enough. Olly was on the other end of the phone whenever we needed him and he always went above and beyond for us. Obviously we have to thank everyone at the branch for all they did for us, fantastic team! we will recommend you guys to anyone selling their home in Morley and surrounding areas over any other agent.

I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

From start to finish, their team provided a seamless and stress-free experience. Rebecca and Samantha were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of.
