I first had dealings with John Payne back in 2013 when purchasing a property in Lee. Will Hughes provided an excellent service during the purchase process, so much so, we decided to use JP again when renting out our flat. During the lettings process we liaised with Jonathan Dickson, who did an amazing job at securing us the ideal tenants. Jonathan was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns and nothing was too much trouble. He is very professional but personable, as is the entire team at John Payne, Lee Branch, which is a real positive. A great team. I highly recommend for both sales and lettings.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. 8th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.- 2nd May 2025 (16 days ago)Daniel from this John Payne office gave us a lot of help during the house search. 3rd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)B&K just sold my flat. Had such a great experience with the team - Jamie, Ellen & Michelle. Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too. I don't have a bad word to say and I couldn't recommend more!
26th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)I bought a property through Hamptons. Kat, especially was the best property agent I’ve ever worked with. From the first time I got in touch with her to initially see a different property till the day we exchanged the contract, she was super proactive, quick in responses, checks on you for the next steps even before you ask her. She’s been so seamless in communication between me and the vendor and she’s chased all sides for me including my sales agent herself to ensure everything is lined up. Cannot recommend Kat enough to anyone considering any type of property transactions.

I got locked out of my house on a Sunday (when they are closed) and he promptly answered my texts, called me and helped me getting someone to get my spare key at their office. I just can’t thank them enough!

He helped us every step of the way from sorting handymen to deal w minor issues, to securing our necessary paperwork, to finding the ideal buyer. 24th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. Panay kept in constant contact with me via WhatsApp and guided us through the process, he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Being a landlord myself for 16 years I can appreciate his efforts and work that goes into finding a suitable tennant for a home and I feel Panay checked all the boxes. For this reason I would definitely recommend Highcastle Estates, Panay and Rica. Five stars. Thank you Rob
