From the start of communication right up to picking up the keys, Poppy made sure that we were kept up to date and was always very prompt with her responses if we had any questions. Flat was in great condition upon arrival. Would definitely recommend!

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

We found Dawn, Suzanne and their colleagues to be extremely proffessional and reacted efficiently whenever an issue ensued. 20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

My husband & I were in the process of buying a house through John Payne, dealing with Daniel, who failed to respond to emails, read emails & aid the progression of the house sale. They also failed to disclose that the house had subsidence until our solicitor got involved. My advice is buyers beware!

29th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
26th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)FalsePenny’s After the viewing they don’t care about you anymore. I had a LOT of problems and headaches because of this agency, the worst of London (from a the main door broken, the shower not working, cold and noise coming from a broken window, not this being out fault but having to deal with because the agency wouldn’t help us) do not trust them when they say they will help, I was desperate uncountable times and had bad anxiety. Our last problem was the deposit, they wanted to keep most part of it and leave us with nothing, we needed to ask for a external check and we won the case, the agency was just trying to keep our money. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY.

21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’ve recently used Terence and Jamie for both a sale and purchase transaction and would thoroughly recommend them. There’s no pressure, hard sell.. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the local area and really nice guys to boot. We had WhatsApp chats for updates/arranging bookings etc which worked really well. They also kept things running really smoothly in terms of progress to exchange and completion with the various parties involved. I was previously using a big chain on my sale before instructing Strickland and the difference in terms of experience was light and day. Thanks Guys!
