He was so efficient and quick with everything and really personable at the viewings. Within a day of enquiring we had seen a few properties with him and had an offer accepted. Great experience and really recommend them. Takes all the stress out of trying to find somewhere. Thanks Ben!
22nd Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)Avoid John Payne - acorn completely Dishonest and Unprofessional I strongly advise against using Acorns Property /John Payne estate ! They have refused to return my £1,500 deposit for 51 Gilbert Close since January 3rd, 2025, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, they resort to gaslighting and deceit. The person handling my case, Georgina, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and emotionally unstable. She snaps at tenants, dismisses valid concerns, and is clearly not fit for her role. Rather than resolving issues, she gaslights and makes the process as frustrating as possible. This estate agency is full of liars who do not care about their tenants. Save yourself the stress and go with a reputable, trustworthy agency—there are far better options out there! Avoid at all costs.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

10th Apr 2025 (14 days ago)Amazing experience. They are one of a kind, nowhere near any other experience we had with other estate agencies. From the start Jamie, Adam and Harrison have been simply great in understanding our needs and guide us throught the sale process. This was done in a very quick and timely manner with outstanding communication. Suzanne then helped us to close the deal and managed to get everything done before the stamp duty increase. Highly reccomend Jamie, Adam and Suzanne and the whole Paramount team if you are buying/selling a place.
8th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Robinson Jackson (RJ) acted as the agents on the house that we purchased recently. From first contact they were very approachable and friendly. We viewed the property twice and didn't feel pressured in anyway either time. RJ answered all our queries and made suggestions about the potential of the property. Once our offer was accepted they guided us through the process and helped us in anyway they could including giving us time to take builders in for quotes etc Really good service and a special mention for Angharad who kept us up to date through out the process and was friendly, calm and professional through out.

14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)5 years on and I used Mark again to find a tenant and he and the team delivered again! They were brilliant again and found me yet another fantastic tenant! I cannot recommend this team enough. Mark has exceptionally good judgment and people skills and he seems to always under promise and over deliver. He is incredibly easy to work with, respectful of both landlords and tenants, listens to your needs, then goes out and finds super tenants. They whole team pulled together to make it happen and I cannot thank them enough. This is another review I wrote 5 years ago and it is still standing: I was in fact not planning on ever using David Evans as I find their shop window displays a bit old fashioned, but when I invited Mark along to get a third quote when I was having my house valued, he made me change my mind as he seemed such a nice and decent person. So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!

However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!

I had successfully bid for an apartment, however, due to unforeseen circumstances back home, I had to withdraw my application. Paul was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. He arranged for my deposit to be returned without pressuring me into making any decisions. I would absolutely recommend Inner City Estates to my friends and acquaintances looking to rent in London.
