The most important value about them is that they really understood our needs and worked towards them accordingly. Their constant search for the right property, commitment and communication helped us to find our first home as a young family. We would definitely recommend working with Salomon, that’s what we would do if we wish to purchase a property in the future. TM

4th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)The agent was nice enough and enthusiastic, but I do not think they vet their buyers correctly. Lots of viewings followed by pointless feedback and buyer observations which should have been discussed before the viewings to save time. 3 months - no sale.

26th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)FalsePenny’s After the viewing they don’t care about you anymore. I had a LOT of problems and headaches because of this agency, the worst of London (from a the main door broken, the shower not working, cold and noise coming from a broken window, not this being out fault but having to deal with because the agency wouldn’t help us) do not trust them when they say they will help, I was desperate uncountable times and had bad anxiety. Our last problem was the deposit, they wanted to keep most part of it and leave us with nothing, we needed to ask for a external check and we won the case, the agency was just trying to keep our money. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS AGENCY.
21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I’ve recently used Terence and Jamie for both a sale and purchase transaction and would thoroughly recommend them. There’s no pressure, hard sell.. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the local area and really nice guys to boot. We had WhatsApp chats for updates/arranging bookings etc which worked really well. They also kept things running really smoothly in terms of progress to exchange and completion with the various parties involved. I was previously using a big chain on my sale before instructing Strickland and the difference in terms of experience was light and day. Thanks Guys!
25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
