20th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Made all the right noises but ultimately didn't deliver. I gave them my property to sell. In 8 weeks received no proactive feedback. No updates on viewing or, feedback. Didn't even respond to messages in a timely manner. Stay clear.

24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

As a tenant, I have always been satisfied by the way the team passes information and responds reactively. I want to thank in particular Jonathan Davis as my property manager for over 2 years. His valuable services, whether in addressing issues, relaying information, advising or simply listening have always been excellent. I truly trust this team. 28th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We’d previously thought we’d receive good service and communication for selling our property but in actual fact, being able to get hold of anyone from the team is near impossible. I could name names but quite frankly, it seems it’s across the board and I don’t believe in personal public shaming. We started off having a great evaluation and transparent/ no BS conversation about pricing. Within a week, we fortunately got an offer off-market which we accepted. However, whenever we asked for an update on progress from the buyer we often found ourselves ghosted. Then, out of the blue after 6 weeks, we received an email (not call!) telling us the buyer was offering elsewhere. Obviously frustrating but not the agents fault. We then went on the market officially and after two viewings have been told to reduce the price - bear in mind we’ve been on the market for 3 weeks. And whenever we try and call to speak to someone or email no one responses. It often is 5-7 days between correspondence. And when we asked if we could talk talk - we were told the agent had a viewing and they’d call on Monday. I’ll believe that when pigs fly.. It seems that only way that we will hear anything is from leaving a Google review - so I’ll await 5-7 days for a response to this!

Communication was clear and they were always quick to answer questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

The process involved some quite complicated paperwork requirements that were difficult to provide, and while I had to manage those hurdles myself to move things forward, Lenka’s speed and clear communication helped keep the transaction on track. I appreciate her efficiency in getting the deal done. Recommended!

The amount of work behind the scenes to keep everything on track was immense, and their persistence truly made the difference. What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. Why I chose Circa (and would again): • They understood exactly what I was looking for very quickly — no wasted time, no irrelevant viewings • The properties he showed were genuinely high quality and well aligned with my criteria • Outstanding process management — I went from offer submitted to getting the keys in less than 1.5 months (and Kit was really part of making this happen) • Extremely responsive — Kit was always available, proactive, and on top of everything • Not the typical “salesy” approach — Kit really focuses on making both parties agree in a fair and smooth way, without pressure or nonsense What really sets them apart: Unlike many agencies that flood you with listings you don’t care about, Kit is very focused and selective. You can tell he actually listens — every property shown felt relevant, which makes a huge difference in London. Overall, a very smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience — which is rare. I’ll definitely come back to Circa London — and to Kit Farino — when I sell my property.
