The service was exceptional, we can’t even describe all emotions in words. All staff members are good there . Everyone doing great , But Hanna is a diamond. The speed of her work and response is amazing. 5 stars for Them . 10 out 10 for Hanna Hudson. Amazing service ??????

They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. Very efficient service, ASPS helped me to find a tenant much quicker and beyond my expectation, and ensured that all necessary paperwork was executed in a timely manner. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
