10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

I am so glad I did, the service they provided was more personal and within a couple of weeks the property sold within a couple of weeks. Really pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Leaper Stanbrook. Brilliant service.

My questions were answered quickly and everyone I spoke to was always kind and professional. I felt in good hands and will come back to Town property when the time comes to sell.

Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. Really great service, and would highly recommend, friendly, patient and a delight to deal with

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

This was someone I'd want to be shown round a house by!<br>Throughout the whole process Angela Marden have been good at communicating good and bad news.<br>It was so important that we felt confidant in the estate agent and Sadie, with her team, did that.<br>I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. This made it so easy to contact them at any time making it a lot less stressful. 5* service from start to finish. Thank you for all your help and support

They kept us up to date with any information along the way; big or small and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We feel like we have known them for years! If we were ever to sell the house we just purchased (in many years to come!), we would definitely use them again. Thank you all!

Ross and Luca were great, very friendly and helpful and made the process of house buying so much easier, with constant communication and advice. We also used their mortgage advisor, Dibon, who was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable. Could not recommend them all enough.
