27th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)I thought this was a really good agency till today. Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

27th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Recently moved into property through leaper stanbrook,I don't rate them very well ,no congratulations no hamper ,quite unhelpful aswell so no I wouldn't use them again.
3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Moving in to a clean, hygienic property is standard. But clearly not in this case. The flat had been cleared of furniture, but not cleaned. Some of the dirt was a direct threat to health ie. Black mould. I documented this the day I moved in, sent photos to this agency and requested cleaning from the landlord,as long as it wasn't taken from my deposit. Now my tenancy has ended and they are trying to withold over £180 from my despoit for "cleaning" despite I left the flat in a spotless condition. The landlord (who wishes their identity to remain secret, I wonder why?) clearly trying to negate their responsibilities and save cash. Parasitic. I left the property spotless, however when I moved in it was a state. Would you accept this as the state of a property when you move in. Black mould, heavy dust, extractor fans clogged with grease and a filthy oven? Do better.
2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Unquestionably it's 10 out of 10 for the 100% service provided by Michaela and her colleagues Karen, Gina, Paul, Lorraine and Neil. Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. I've been involved in the property business in the UK for over 50 years and have dealt with hundreds of Estate Agents far and wide. I can confidently state that Taylor Engley are up there with the very best. Well done to Michaela, who excelled on every level. She navigated the sale in a totally seamless fashion and is truly a great asset to the Taylor Engley organisation. I can only speak as I find, and for my part, the service I received was outstanding. The Taylor Engley team are worthy recipients of this praise, and Michaela in particular, as my main point of contact, put her heart and soul into looking after all of my needs, as well as providing full support to the purchaser. 4th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Richard James and the whole team at Rager & Roberts were always professional and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

David showed us around a number of properties, and his laid-back and friendly approach was very much appreciated. No over-selling or pushing properties that weren't for us. In every home where the seller was still in the property, David was greated with warmth, which we saw as a great sign. He was very knowledgeable about each home, and seemed to know every seller and their circumstances well. We found a property we loved with Archers and David was kind and patient in explaining the process and keeping us updated at every step. I would highly recommend Archers & Partners, and would definitely use them for any future moves.

Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. I always said there is no price you can put on experience and you and Issey and your team have proved that without a doubt , the longevity of your company is testimony to your ability to deliver what you say to the best of your ability and should I require your services again I would not hesitate to call you or recommend you to anyone who may wish to travel down the road we have in full confidence. As a very very inexperienced house mover (twice in 73 years!) they put me at ease, explained all of the extensive paperwork involved in renting in detail and eased the process. They accomodated my availability for viewing time and kept me informed of progress as it moved through landlord acceptance and completion. There was even a welcome box with some very handy discounts (which I have used). Your Move Polegate made the whole process of moving as stress-free as it could possibly be. Thank you.
What can i say about Open House, Richard and Neil are two very dedicated hard working guys nothing is too much trouble and they work late keeping you informed. We spent 4 years trying to sell our 7 bedroom house with as many agents over the years who lost interest then we tried open house it wasn't easy but these guys worked hard for us and succeeded where all the others failed . There is no loss of interest with them they keep at it with the same enthusiasm as at the start Will definately use them again and would unreservedly reccomend them to anyone who needs a friendly dedicated team that delivers. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
