10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.<br>When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. He answered all our questions, made us feel so welcomed as if it was his own home, welcoming guests into and even answered questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask. 10/10 customer service

They gave us understandable guidance, the valuation was right, and they kept us informed and worked hard to ensure everyone involved in the transaction was kept up to date. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Nothing has been too much trouble and the communication has been brilliant.<br>Wendy is one of the most “non estate agenty” people we have met. She has been lovely to deal with and has been so helpful. We liked her good knowledge of the house and area.<br>Eloise was the person who chased our purchase and she did an exceptional job chasing everyone to completion - it wasn’t always straight forward but she persevered and we got there in the end<br>All in all a very happy and successful experience and I would thoroughly recommend Surridge Mison Estates.

Selling a family home after a bereavement is not like an ordinary sale, and he understood that without needing it explained. He never pushed, and dealt with everything sensitively while still getting on with the job properly. His advice on price and presentation was realistic - which is always what you need! - and he kept us informed at every stage. We're so grateful to him. Above all, Darren's a gentleman to deal with. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements! I can honestly say I do not have one negative thing to say. Thankyou Phil!
