From our very first viewing, she was incredibly friendly, never pressuring, and never rushed us. She genuinely listened to our needs, offered her expert professional opinion when we needed it, and her warm nature made the entire experience a pleasure.<br>Communication was always regular and clear throughout the process. Especially when we ran into a few issues along the way, Stacey kept us fully updated and always took the time to help. She truly exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond wherever she could. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile.<br>The entire team at Beresfords in Ingatestone is a wonderful blend of warm, friendly, and professional—with a helpful mention to the store manager, Paul, who was also always at hand to help manage everything smoothly. The communication from her was outstanding. Adele kept us updated constantly and answered all of our questions straight away, no matter how big or small. She was friendly, approachable and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely smooth. I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.<br><br>I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive. Who knew selling a house could be fun!<br><br>I would 100% recommend Lux.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

He is also always contactable and will always confirm viewings by text and also confirms it’s going ahead the day before. Janet, the after sales lady was also extremely helpful and always chasing up the chain to progress the sale

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
