The reason for this is that they provide a professional, practical and simply brilliant service to both landlord and tenant alike. Working to provide both parties with exceptional service! This team are different to the big chains of estate agents. They care about the landlords and tenants experience and don't just work for their own interest. Fantastic team rare to get this kind of service. Definitely recommended!

Matthew and his team have made this journey as stress free as possible for me, from the first phone call to enquire on a property to signing the lease! Great job PM Estates ???? However, once the lease has been signed, they have little to no interest in resolving queries or matters with the property. Their responsibility seems to end on placement. This changes the experience.

2nd Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Back in 2023, I appointed two agents to sell my home in Great Dunmow, Beresfords were head and shoulders above the other agent, more viewings, better communications etc. it wasn’t an easy sale falling through twice, Ben was excellent throughout, always responsive to calls, full of good ideas and saw the sale through in a professional manner from start to finish. Overall a very good service.

29th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

With minimal guidance from ourselves they were able to translate our instructions into the required actions; starting with the excellent marketing photographs and video that showcased our old home to perfection, through to the eventual sale and completion. Adam and his team were always helpful and receptive to our questions. In particular, our first contact, Daniel, was patient and understanding of our position, always available when needed, spearheading the whole process in a professional but friendly manner. An excellent company who we would thoroughly recommend.
