They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

Their professional experience and great customer skills were second to none. All the team were always available to answer my questions and chase enquires when they arose often working outside their normal working hours The service they and their colleagues provided is second to none and been a family run business they are more than happy to go the extra mile that is often needed in the up and down world of selling a home. We were very impressed with their total professionalism and treated with respect at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and no promises were made that couldn't be kept. This can be a stressful time but it simply wasn't. A huge thank you to Shelley and Chris for all their hard work. We could not have asked for more from the team and matters progressed so smoothly. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thomas and Oliver were very helpful. We met Thomas at the property and he was very professional informing us about the property the landlord and the surrounding area. The property was at our liking and we have moved to move in soon. Oliver was very helpful during phone call questions and treated us as customers and personalised the call. He and Thomas are very knowledgeable about the properties, area and contracts and informed us of the new tenancy regulation that the Government has introduced. Hopeful we will be happy in our new home, but we who have no concerns with enlisting their help again. keep up the good work.
2nd May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I sold my house through a separate agent, I was charged probably the going rate, I myself had to do the viewing, chase up and constantly phone them, it was like I was doing all the work, solicitors were the same take your money and offer no support, I bought through Peagrams, and after some initial confusion I went and spoke to them in person at there office, and from then on Amy took control of the situation, and at last I had someone who was honest truthful and on the ball, throughout the whole process I dealt with many people, none of them showed the same professional approach as she did, if I sell my house in the future would 100% use Peagrams, and would recommend to anyone as long as Amy is still there, a credit to your company, she deserves a pay rise.

Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)It was not just the sale of my house within 8 days that I wish to sincerely thank the team at Knight Residential for. It is also the lack of stress and pressure from them whilst I found another. I have a busy life so selling and buying a home was never going to be easy. But the team, especially Lorraine, certainly did make it easy for me. Along the way they were genuinely helpful and understanding. I was most fortunate to be their client. Thank you Lorraine and the team including the late Matthew who was my introduction and also a great support.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

15th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)All staff were very efficient and pleasant, exceptional communication. The only disappointment was the commission rate. I was told that it was a non negotiable rate only to find out later that a neighbour had negotiated them down to a much less rate than I had! ??????
