They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!
3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa. I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative. I could not recommend them more highly!

Aaron handled the original enquiry, Sharon took care of the viewings and Ellie took care of progressing the sale. They kept in contact with us so we knew what was happening at all times. An easy 5 stars ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

29th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Instructed Elizabeth Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine from Rugby F&C to sell our property. They were fantastic from start to finish and always responded quickly to queries and problems caused by our difficult buyers even at the weekends. I’m pretty sure without their professionalism and knowledge we wouldn’t have completed our sale. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them if I sell in the future.

Andrew came to visit and his empathy, understanding of the market and his complete professionalism persuaded us to use his company. His colleague Rachel was our guide throughout the process and again nothing was too much bother and even dealing with probate was made easier with both Rachel’s and Andrews calm knowledgeable approach. I would not hesitate in recommending all the team at Daventry who always were quick to respond, supportive in their actions and above all in a very taxing time for our family very professional.

I first met Martin from Life Investment earlier this year when I asked for a valuation of my rental property, he gave me very precious and sound advice, and the accurate value of my flat. Adrain is the best estate agent you could wish for. He was excellent throughout the whole process of selling, kept me informed every step of the way, providing tremendous support and help with filling the forms, much appreciated! Adrain recommended a good solicitor firm to me and this was a big help to achieve a wonderful and smoothly sale. 5th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)<<<<<WE GOT GAZUMPED! >>>>> YOU MIGHT WANT TO READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT ABOUT HOW THIS BUSINESS OPERATES Facts: Made an offer on a property on the 10th March 24. Offer was accepted verbally on the same day. My understanding is that this was a home belonging to a member and / or owner of Cadman Homes The property was taken off the market in the next couple of days Received letter from Cadman Homes dated 11th March 24 confrirming, in writing, that the offer was accepted and that solicitors have been written to. We then proceeded with instructing our solicitors, mortgage etc (usual process). Received and email on the 20th March advising that a counter offer has been made (in the house where offer has already been accepted and confirmed in writing) and asking for £10K more. The reasoning provided in the email was that “this is happening a lot in the market”. We advised we will not be revising our offer so they have let other interested party have the house. Thankfully for us, our solicitors have not commenced the search at that point, so we were not left with huge legal bills. Correct me if I’m wrong but this is GAZUMPING and it is considered UNETHICAL Reply to @cadmanhomes: Your accusatory tone appears to be a pattern used to reply to any unflattering comments, so I'm not going to say that I'm surprised that you are trying to deflect and blame me instead. The LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY and basic customer service skills seems to be a theme. To say that I'm going to leave a relevant review, if you choose to treat me unethically, is hardly a threat, but I am genuinely sorry that it made you feel SO threatened that you decided to GAZUMP us and offer the house to people who offered YOU OR MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM/ FAMILY (aka the vendor) £10K almost two WEEKS AFTER it was TAKEN OFF THE MARKET, AFTER you have confirmed our offer was accepted IN WRITING, and knowing that we have already INSTRUCTED SOLICITORS. I think that the TIMELINE of the events, the FACTS, combined with your reply speak for themselves. WE HAVE BEEN GAZUMPED, it is UNETHICAL and that's a FACT. My personal advice to you is to take negative reviews as an opportunity to apologise and do better next time, not to make accusations. It looks better and more PROFESSIONAL that way. I hope that this helps. Edit: reply to @cadmanhomes- thank you for proving my point about lack of accountability and basic customer service skills once again!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)

The agents I spoke to, as they were about to show people round, John and another lady, were delightful to chat with. The listing was efficient and rapid, very accurate drawings and description. I felt that the team knew us, cared about our sale. I felt that they were particularly trustworthy. Its clear they also cared about the buyers. Margetts have a very distinctive personality, I would definitely use Margetts again, and would recommend to anyone in and around Warwick.
