The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

Mo made the whole first time experience of selling my home straight forward and easy, he got me a buyer quickly and kept to the timescales that he set out for sale and completion with regular updates on the progress which I was pleased with. I would recommend EweMove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 20 out of 10 service for sure.

16th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I've just sold my 3 bedroom house in manor park with Stonebridge. They were one of the top estate agent for E12 area as recommend by Get Agent. I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. He was very active on keeping me updated and provided feedbacks. Also, shout-out to Shaz for overseeing the whole process and making sure evrything is inline for a smooth completion.

We encountered some unexpected issues along the way, but Tom and Brad handled everything professionally and supported us throughout, ensuring the sale went through. On the contrary, they had a great, professional, contemporary approach which was switched on to what sellers and buyers are looking for. Great service and not a slimy three piece suit in sight!

They sold our flat not once, but twice- after the first sale fell through, and on both occasions, they achieved a price higher than any other estate agent was willing to list it for.<br><br>From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated. They clearly knew the market and had the confidence to value our property properly, rather than simply giving us the lowest figure to secure the listing.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and they worked hard to keep everything moving and make the process as smooth as possible. Special mention to Cameron, Alex & Frankie who were all brilliant.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel Frank. Thank you for all your hard work!
23rd Aug 2026 (25 days ago)We recently bought a flat through presidential estates in Loughton. We worked with Stewart on the sales side and Sophie who worked on progressing to completion. There were hiccups along the way - not caused by them - and both Stewart and Sophie helped make sure these things did not derail the process. There as an issue re the EPC being inaccurate that Stewart resolved (which the solicitors refused to do). They were both also available at all times (including when Sophie wasn’t working officially) which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them on either a sale or another purchase as they were both brilliant.
