She was easy to communicate with — always quick to respond and kept us in the loop without us ever having to chase. What I really appreciated was that the interaction felt caring. The properties we were shown were tailored to us and we got tips and help on our offers. Just a really kind, helpful person who made the whole process so much less stressful. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Isabella at our viewing and offer call, who was similarly kind and helpful! Would absolutely recommend!

Quick response times whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Any issues that have come up have been dealt with promptly and resolved in a timely manner. 1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)If I could give this agency zero stars, I would.?????? My experience with Ojjeh was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. A copy of our house keys was taken despite there being no signed contract or formal agreement in place. I found this completely unacceptable and concerning. When I requested the return of my keys, instead of handing them back to me directly, the keys were left outside my property under a brick where they could potentially have been found by anyone passing by. As a homeowner, I was shocked that someone would treat the security of my property so carelessly. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, frustrated, and unable to trust this agency. I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for my property, but that was not my experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this agency. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to ensure everything is properly documented and to think carefully before handing over access to their property.

Communication was great and all viewings made respectfully to my schedule and movements. A great team to work with and I would instruct them again in a heartbeat!

I had the misfortune of losing both of my parents in quick succession, which has led me to dealing with Anthony until only relatively recently. Not only is Anthony dedicated, reliable and personable, but he is clued up about the market expectations and pricing. He delivers without fail and goes above and beyond to help with a kind manner about him. I know why my parents chose him and I have utmost confidence in him as he made a stressful situation seamless.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
