From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. A special mention goes to Alex, the Letting Manager, and Trevor, the Administrator & Coordinator Manager. Both were extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which gave me full confidence throughout the process. They clearly know the market inside out and handled everything efficiently, keeping me updated at every stage. Thanks to Alex and Trevor, the whole letting process was smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cedar Estate to any landlord looking for reliable and expert support.

In terms of speed and making the paperwork straightforward for tenants, she was faster than any other agent we dealt with in 15 years of renting in London. She showed us properties that matched our needs, was always on time, called back when she said she would, and once the landlord agreed to our offer, she had everything organised within a day. 5 stars for speed and efficiency.

She and the team made the whole experience very easy to understand and had great communication, sorting out any issues that came and trying to help as much as possible.

Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving. We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your hard work, we’re so happy to now be settling into our new home!

Dea, my agent, made the entire process of selling my house incredibly smooth and stress-free. We encountered a few obstacles along the way, but Dea went above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. She's knowledgeable, efficient, and always available to answer any questions. During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Nabeel was extremely helpful, professional, and communicated clearly at every stage. Everything was arranged efficiently and in a timely manner, with excellent coordination between all parties, including the landlord. We received helpful reminders in advance, and all meetings and viewings were pre-arranged, making the process smooth and convenient for everyone involved. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Look at Trustpilot for honest reviews. Dodgy, unresponsive, unprofessional and actively incurring costs. Worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. Incurred lots of extra costs and various maintenance or repairs were never dealt with.
2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid this branch. I booked a lettings valuation and received multiple emails confirming the date and time, but no one showed up. When I tried to call, I was dismissed rather than helped. I will be taking my business elsewhereand I would recommend others do the same

He was incredibly well-prepared and guided us through the viewing in a way that felt relaxed and unhurried. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to. He has a naturally warm and personable manner that made the whole experience feel far more attentive than property viewings can sometimes be. He answered every question we had and never made us feel rushed or pressured. For someone early in their career, he carries himself with a professionalism and enthusiasm that you don't always see.
