13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very unprofessional and grossly unreliable. Second time they have called 6pm the day before a viewing is due to take place (diarised for over a week) to cancel. No apology or care, no explanation, and quite rude. Poor management and quite amateur-ish.
10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.

He has great knowledge of the area and surrounding areas and his advice was helpful in us making the right decisions.<br>He advised on my sale as well as my daughter and son in law’s sale and we could not have been happier with the advice we were given. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
20th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

Before buying this house, I had tried to purchase a property through another estate agency, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I didn’t feel supported or helped at all.<br><br>This time, the experience was completely different. The estate agency was fantastic from start to finish, and David in particular was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having someone like David who is genuinely helpful and supportive makes such a huge difference. They were very accommodating when needed to communicate with the sellers. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I will return if I look for another property in the future.
