As an Associate Administrator in lettings, she was consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. Any time we had a question or needed assistance, she replied quickly and handled everything efficiently, which made a huge difference. Lauren truly goes above and beyond, she made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. It’s clear she really cares about her role with tenants, and takes pride in her work. We’re very grateful for all her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated professional in lettings. Well done Lauren Walker!

From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. 27th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Purchase of my property was a very difficult process. The only thing that was easy was knights. Andrew the sales progressor worked tirelessly to ensure my purchase went through. Even with obstacles and hurdles he made sure I stayed well informed and made sure I got my keys. I would advise anybody buying or selling to use knights as without them this process wouldn’t have been completed. I will be using them again in the future.
24th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)My experience with Martin & Co Camberley has been extremely frustrating and, at times, very stressful. From the outset of my tenancy, I encountered significant disrepair issues that were not addressed within a reasonable timeframe. For example, I was unable to properly access the garden because the door lock was broken when I moved in, and it took approximately three months for this to be resolved. I also reported issues with no heating and leaking windows in the sitting room. It took around four months for anyone to attend regarding the windows, and to this day, there has been no proper resolution to the heating issue. As a result, the sitting room has been effectively unusable due to how cold it is. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, matters were consistently delayed, with little urgency or effective action taken, causing ongoing inconvenience. A particular concern was my interaction with the branch manager, Diane. When I attended the office to discuss these issues, I felt I was spoken over, not listened to, and treated in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I was not given a fair opportunity to explain my concerns, which only added to the frustration. After raising a formal complaint regarding this conduct, I was subsequently served with a Section 21 notice. I understand that this type of notice does not require the landlord to provide a reason; however, from my perspective, I have met all of my obligations as a tenant, including paying rent in full and on time and not breaching the terms of my tenancy. This has made the situation feel particularly unfair. Since then, there have been further actions and communications that I consider unnecessary and disproportionate, which have caused considerable stress and disruption. Overall, I found the conduct at this branch to be unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacking in fairness. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to keep thorough records when dealing with this agency.

She showed us the property with great knowledge, took the time to answer all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease throughout. She kept us consistently informed at every stage and communicated clearly and promptly. Always polite, friendly, and professional, Vivian made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She is a real credit and a valuable asset to the Duncan Yeardley team.
31st Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)While looking for an Estate Agent in Bagshot, to manage the renting of my property, I decided to use Howlands since they’re a local family run property business with the reviews being positive and the prices competitive. I’m really pleased I made this decision with James, Sandy, and Allan providing a very professional service during the 18mth period. Communication was very good with any problems raised by the tenants addressed swiftly which provided peace of mind. Due to Howlands being a family run business they go the extra mile and ensure they offer a positive experience. Based off the positive experience I subsequently used Howlands for the sale of the property which also worked out very well. The photos of the property showcased the house very positively with the video walk-through organised by James also looking great. During the conveyancing process James and Allan did an excellent job with providing regular updates and managing the communication between the sellers. I’d thoroughly recommend using Howlands for renting, selling, or buying a property in the Bagshot area with it even more important to support this great local business.

10th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

27th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Although I was purchasing a property not selling, they assisted me with any and all requests I had, including questions I had for my solicitor. As a first time buyer they massively helped me understand the process and no question was a silly question. They were amazing! Namely Lisa and Anisa but the whole team are great and so so eager to help. Great experience!
