The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

However, we decided to give Gascoigne-Pees a try, and we're so glad we did. Roy made the entire process seamless, straightforward, and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful throughout. We couldn't believe how smooth and easy everything was compared to our previous experiences. Unparalleled local knowledge combined with many years’ experience and faultless integrity put them head and shoulders over their competitors.<br>They tick all the boxes twice over with added enthusiasm and professionalism with nothing you ask being too much trouble.<br><br>All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly but a special mention to Nina who repeatedly went out of her way to help with nothing being too much trouble for her. Chris is a true master with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area with a positive down-to-earth approach that gets thing done and quickly.<br><br>I can honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property whatever the size or value. You will not be disappointed.

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. Moving house is incredibly stressful, but having an estate agent who is honest, transparent, and keeps you updated every step of the way makes all the difference.<br><br>This also had a private private sale in the chain, so there were plenty of unknowns, but Michael made the whole process feel straightforward and easy. His communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping us informed of every development, unlike many estate agents.
