From the very beginning, Dan was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned into a long and, at times, very stressful process. He was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was consistently helpful whenever I called, no matter how many questions or queries I had. There were plenty of back and forth conversations over months, with different issues and stressful situations along the way, but Dan always remained patient, professional and approachable. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier and was always willing to help, explain things and keep me updated. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a good service, and Dan went above and beyond throughout. A huge thank you to Dan & the team for all the help — a real credit to Prospect and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish.<br><br>A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort Rio put into helping us get everything over the line.<br><br>We’re very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend the estate agency, especially Rio, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

He provided a realistic valuation, provide a swift marketing service, having gone live on Monday, with two viewings within 24 hours and several scheduled for that week, both initial viewings yielded offers, one of which was at the full asking price. Property sold subject to contract as at 30 May 2026 I would highly recommend Charlton Grace, Mark has provided a bespoke/specialised service with clear communication and professionalism all at a very competitive agency rate, excellent job to date. 18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
