20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

She was lovely, helpful and professional throughout the whole process, always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made the whole renting process much easier for us.

She always checks with me before taking any action and keeps me fully informed throughout the process, which I really appreciate.<br><br>She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.<br><br>She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

Although he was understandably persistent in following up throughout, he did help obtain key information from the seller’s side and supported progress towards completion before our mortgage deadline.<br><br>Thank you for your assistance in getting the purchase over the line.

4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)LOOK ELSEWHERE!!<br><br>One star, and only because zero isn't an option.<br><br>I rented through the West Hampstead branch for a year.<br>For the entire tenancy I repeatedly asked for letterbox keys and never received them. The property manager assigned to my flat changed several times over the year, so there was never anyone accountable and emails routinely went unanswered for weeks.<br><br>Checkout was worse. They proposed nearly £1400 in deposit deductions, including charges for pre-existing issues plainly visible in their own check-in report (a missing radiator cap documented as missing before I even moved in), £300 to clear a few small leftover items, and a £360 cleaning charge despite the full photographic record of the clean I provided. Every figure was a round number with no invoice attached.<br><br>The law puts the burden of proof for deposit deductions on the agent. This felt like a systematic attempt to monetise the deposit instead. Prospective tenants should look elsewhere.

24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed.
