From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been perferctly coordinated, communicated and executed. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you, Carter Jonas professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.<br><br>I would like to personally thank Jenna Bugler, for prompt responce, progress with requests, viewings, documentation and backgroungs checks help. We had the most difficult case of financial checks approach for Ukrainian refugees that escaped from the war zone, and Jennas approach was quick, professional and very helpful. I am very thankful for all effort, help and willingness to go an extra mile with their customers.<br><br>We also have Billy who is looking after us and helping with any issues that sometimes appeat in the house. I cannot thank her enough for coordinating and finding right people in the short period of time to deal with any type of emergencies or issues.<br><br>Thank you team!

We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend Isobel and all the team. Thank you.

18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I’d been searching the Buckinghamshire area for a while and found a few properties in Aylesbury through Williams. From the moment I met Aimee, she instantly understood what I was looking for in a home and was able to show me exactly the right house for my family. She even suggested a property I was hesitant to view, but she knew I’d fall in love with it, and she was right.<br><br>During the completion process I worked with Natasha, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped us progress our sale through a chain of five parties and four properties. She worked tirelessly, and honestly I don’t think we could have completed without her.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole team.

He also advised me over the phone regarding an onward we were considering which I found extremely helpful.<br><br>Unfortunately our first sale fell through at the last moment, however we resold reasonably quickly considering the market. Both Amy and Charlotte who dealt with each sale were excellent at keeping me regularly updated during the process, I found them both to be pleasant and polite. Thank you, would highly recommend.- 11th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

She has been professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and supportive. Erin was equally helpful when showing me around several properties before I found the right one. From start to finish, I felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It has been a challenging task but the team never let go of the job and eventually it paid off. Also Nicky arranged a private sale of a cottage in the Village that will suit our needs very well. 29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.

21st Mar 2026 (5 mo. ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!
6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I recently purchased my home in Berkhamsted through Orchid Estate Agents and could not reccomend them highly enough. From my initial enquiry through completion and beyond, communication was excellent. I was kept in the loop every stage, making the process smooth and manageable.<br><br>Katherine and Carl's personal and friendly personas kept them approachable when required and swiftly returning with answers to any of my queries. Their knowledge of the Berkhamsted and surrounding areas is invaluable and enabled me to significantly understand the property I was placing an offer on.<br><br>I strongly reccomend selling/purchasing your property through Orchid estate agents if you are looking for an attentive, personal service and a great sale.<br><br>I will be working with Orchid estate agents when the time comes to selling my property.

17th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I would 100% recommend Sarah if you are looking to buy a house. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

A special shoutout to Chase and Rachel, who were absolute stars at chasing up solicitors, keeping everything moving forward, and being so attentive whenever we had questions. They made a stressful process feel completely manageable. Five stars all around!

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.
