Both my wife and I have felt like we have been managed very professionally and allowed the flexibility we needed throughout the process. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, but KF seemed to do everything in their power to get us to our desired outcome. I know when we next need these services we’ll be knocking on the door at the Cobham branch and asking for Victoria.
17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.

Their communication was fantastic, kept up to date with progression work, providing me with weekly updates - ensuring the sale was moving forwards and foreseeing any potential issues. Progression work is vital to a smooth sale, often over looked by other agents! 5 Stars- 17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I would highly recommend the company to a buyer or tenant looking to purchase or lease property. It is the most professional estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. The team at the Great Bookham office was very supportive throughout the lease signing process; they responded promptly and provided the guidance we needed to finalise it.

Thank you.- 11th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Within 5 months of initial agent contact, the family home has been sold and a new home purchased, with relatively minor fuss, in a still challenging property market. Matt and Alice, at Curchods Esher, teamed up to take me and the respective buyers and vendor through the process with little fuss, a good deal of Esher property market knowledge, and a welcoming smile each day I ambled into the Esher office mid dog walk - with my Tibetan a keen fussed over visitor. I felt I was able to ask any question at any time, and receive an open and honest response, with a sense that the team were invested in doing the best they could for me, during what is always a pretty stressful experience. Timetables were met, and last minute hiccups were overcome with an understanding of the need to engage positively with all parties. Overall, a job well done, and a thank you from me.

11th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years.<br>I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant.<br>Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting.<br>Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required.<br>I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase.<br>Dave and his team go the extra mile!<br><br>Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property.<br>I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain".<br>He is very organised and an excellent communicator.<br>Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. Having not sold a property for 38 years the whole process felt very new and quite daunting. Jemma contacted me every week with details of new properties, checked in regularly to see how my sale was progressing, and always asked if there was anything she could do to help. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine willingness to assist made a real difference. Thank you Jemma for all your support and encouragement.

My husband & i were looking for a flat & were ready to move the soonest possible. Carolina was so kind to offer us what was available that best suited our funds & needs. Pannay was also prompt to usher & guide through the flat viewing, he also was quick to give us updates from the landlord which was on our favor. Whilst in the process of submitting our documents, we had a family health emergency. This caused us to withdraw our offer as we needed to prioritize our family’s safety. Pannay was so sympathetic & had given us time to sort things out, however we opted not to push through still. All of the agents who assisted us were utmost kind & understanding of our situation. They kept us reassured all throughout the process & also had refunded us our holding deposit. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
