We applied for a property with this company and the response was amazing, they helped us through everything step by step everything was really quick and smooth and the property is amazing. I’d like to give everybody who helped us a massive thank you but a huge shout out to Carla North as she was a massive help for us and guided us through the whole process. She is a credit to the company!!!

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Unfortunately i feel obligated to write this review to warn future potential renters about the issues i faced with Dwell at the end of my tenancy. I rented a flat through Dwell for just over a year. Nothing was raised with me at check-out, and the check-out report their own inspector completed recorded every section of the property, including cleanliness and the mattress, as unchanged from the check-in inventory, with no deductions noted.<br><br>Despite that, I was later billed for cleaning and a mattress nearly two months after leaving. When I declined, I was told I'd agreed to pay on a phone call I have no record of. I disputed the charges through Reposit, submitted both inspection reports, and an independent adjudicator found in my favour, I owed nothing.<br><br>My advice to anyone renting through Dwell: keep your check-in inventory and check-out report, and read them carefully. If charges are raised that the reports don't support, you're entitled to dispute them.- 20th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We bought our house recently through Manning Stainton as first time buyers. 30th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I instructed Nev Lyons at Ewe Move to sell my house and would highly recommend him.<br><br>I met other local estate agents and felt I would be 1 of 100s of customers and they weren't really prepared to put much effort into selling my house at the best price. Nev stood out because he was enthusiastic and honest from the beginning.<br><br>He kept me up to date throughout and was never too busy to speak to me. I always spoke to Nev (rather than one of a team of people). I always felt that Nev was focused on achieving the best price from the buyer in the strongest position rather than encouraging us to accept low offers from weak buyers just to hit a sales target.<br><br>Nev's fees weren't any more than other local estate agents but I received brilliant personal service which I didn’t feel would necessarily be available from the traditional estate agents I met with.
11th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Absolute nightmare dealing with this agent. We had an offer provisionally accepted on a property, until we provided proof of finances. Once we did we were told to progress with instructing our solicitors, paid for the survey, and were moving forward in good faith. While the seller was abroad that this would just be a ‘formality’. Out of nowhere, we were dropped because they allowed a bidding war at the eleventh hour.<br><br>While I understand the legalities of gazumping before contracts are signed, a reputable estate agent is supposed to act with a shred of professional ethics. Instead, this team actively encouraged a bidding war after terms were agreed upon, completely blinding us and chasing a marginally higher commission at our expense.<br><br>They showed zero integrity, terrible communication, and absolutely no respect for the time and money we already invested. If you want an agent that honours their word and handles transactions with transparency, look elsewhere.<br><br>They will drop you the second a shiny new offer comes along. 17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
25th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Ornella is proof that bigger isn’t always better when it comes to estate agencies.<br><br>I first contacted her after the agent with the largest market share in our area failed to sell our house after five months on the market. In contrast, Ornella marketed our property in May, and we completed the sale in July.<br><br>Not only did Ornella find a buyer quickly, but she was also there throughout the entire process, ensuring everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Both we and the buyer used solicitors recommended by Ornella, and I believe that really helped to keep the conveyancing process moving quickly.<br><br>What I learned from the experience:<br><br>• Large estate agencies often have hundreds of properties on their books, so it's difficult for any one property to receive real attention. Different people conduct viewings, and there isn't always a single person taking ownership of your sale.<br>• With Ornella, you get one highly experienced agent who manages the entire process from start to finish. Because it's her own business, she is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients and is always responsive and available when you need her - including out of hours.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Ornella. Her professionalism, communication, and commitment made what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
