20th Jun 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received and highly recommend them for outstanding customer service. He showed me around the property, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions.<br>Robert was really helpful and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and straightforward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how he took the time to make sure I had all the information I needed. I’d definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agent.

Straightforward no nonsense application and tenancy set up. Can’t fault them or the service they gave me.<br><br>Wish I could use them for everywhere I rent! The whole team were excellent throughout and always gave us confidence that our property would sell. Their knowledge of the local market was clear from day one, and the marketing photos and floor plan looked brilliant. Communication was always prompt, and they kept us fully informed after every viewing. A special mention must go to Emma Ellis, who was incredibly informative, helpful and proactive throughout the process. I would give Emma 10/10 for her support and for helping to drive the sale through to completion. The estate agents put me in contact with a very useful Mortgage advisor, who made that side of things extremely easy (especially for someone new to the process). The agent overseeing my purchase was Kyle, who kept me informed regularly throughout the process and who was extremely useful in answering questions etc throughout the whole thing. Thank you!

Damaged kitchen surfaces, ripped kitchen floor,<br>A hook sticker put on my new composite front door<br>unsolicited DIY.. not noticed or highlighted to me.<br>Garden newly laid lawn and fencing left with broken door and looks a mess. Walls newly decorated a mess. New carpets brown. They were originally dark grey.<br>The next tenant would have moved in and I would be none the wiser<br>I’m with drawing all my rentals from this company. I have 3 properties with this company.<br>I would score no stars if google allowed.
2nd Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Terrible refuae to do repairs had to move out for 6 months property damaged from mold avood at all costs. Raciest remarks during meetings laughing at customers when they become emotional because there property has been ruined because of thier neglect tolf close to a year ago problem mine to fix now after all that timw its their problem but want to send untrained workers into fix the problems yet again after thw drunk worker incident they want to send unqualified workers around who barely speak a word of english

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
