They were knowledgeable, flexible, and consistently efficient, and it was clear throughout that they genuinely care about their profession. Their communication was always polite, respectful, and professional One thing that really stood out to me was Elissia’s professionalism when I mentioned I was getting quotes from other agents. She remained courteous and respectful about the competition, which was refreshing, especially compared with some of the larger firms. That level of integrity is rare, and is the main reason I chose Alan Cooke I wouldn’t use anyone else when I sell again, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Megan Naylor was handling our case and was very patient with us and our 6 month process, due to the first property we was looking to purchase falling through and us finding our new home. Megan helped us all the way answering any questions we had and helped chasing things up when solicitors went quiet. Absolutely brilliant service from the team dealing with our persistent calling and questions as this was our first time selling and buying. We would definitely recommend using William H Brown and if you get Megan to deal with your case, you will be in safe hands. Thank you again, very much appreciated

21st Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Haven't been a tenant with this agents for some time - left for reasons unrelated to the property / agency, however had numerous problems during the tenancy anyway - and just received a tenants maintenance problem! Huge safety concern as I received the building code and their apartment door code! Appalling - hope they’ve contacted the tenant to explain and changed the code, luckily I’m not a bad person!

10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
