As a first-time landlord I had no idea what paperwork was involved, and Amy explained everything I'd need to complete and guided me through every step.<br><br>She was consistently responsive and took a genuinely personal approach. It never felt like a mass-market, box-ticking service. I felt the ea2 team really cared about looking after my flat, which gave me real peace of mind, especially as I'm relocating abroad. Bradley and Billy were really helpful and supportive especially as the purchase process went on much longer than any of us hoped. They proved to be invaluable contact with the sellers and were always happy to provide access for viewing or surveys etc. But most importantly they were consistently friendly, cheery and a real joy throughout which helped make a potentially stressful situation far easier and smoother.

We also had an issue with the gas meter at the property, and Antonio personally helped us sort it out and made sure the problem was resolved.<br><br>We really appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. She was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs during our rental home search and we have managed to find a fantastic home for our family.
