We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

We even viewed homes remotely, shot videos and negotiated with landlords for me when I was abroad offline. I really appreciate their hard work; they are totally trustworthy.<br>I hope everyone can find their ideal rental property with their help. They speak Chinese as well, which makes communication incredibly convenient.??- 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Fantastic experience with KFH Highgate, and in particular Rian McLean. He was extremely professional, very clear in his communication, knew when to step in and when to step back when the owner was showing us around. Willing to come in very early to show us a property, even on a Saturday. Straight-talking without any of the usual "fluff" that comes with the industry. Very quick to reply and very helpful. Overall a great experience and I hope he is recognised for all his efforts!

They consistently generated viewings when other agents struggled to bring prospective tenants through the door, and they never lost momentum.<br>Most importantly, they found the perfect tenant for our home, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind as we relocated overseas.<br><br>Thank you both for your hard work, commitment and excellent communication throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamptons—particularly to anyone looking to let a high-value property. You'll be in excellent hands.

Bradley, Billy and Dominika were great to deal with, helping get what was a tricky conveyancing period over the line. I'm sure the team are relieved to see the back of us but we'd certainly recommend them to others who are looking to sell or purchase in the area!

They were Always very professional and very prompt with answers .I would like to take this chance and say thank you for everything.

Couldn’t recommend anymore- 16th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Annie and her team were very professional, transparent and honest throughout the process of listing our flat for sale with them. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. I will certainly be using him again for my other properties and won't hesitate to recommend him to all my friends and family.<br><br>A well-deserved five stars!

We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.

We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.
