8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.

I have received so much support and advice from Jatin in handling my property sale. Given I don’t live in London it has been a weight off my shoulders knowing I had a reliable and trustworthy agent handling things for me. I can’t recommend Martyn Gerrard in Finchley enough. She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. 11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
25th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

I recently asked Sam Levy if it was possible to put a railing at the entrance to Talbot Skyline. It was done in days which is very impressive and very much appreciated. Before buying this house, I had tried to purchase a property through another estate agency, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I didn’t feel supported or helped at all.<br><br>This time, the experience was completely different. The estate agency was fantastic from start to finish, and David in particular was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having someone like David who is genuinely helpful and supportive makes such a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and very grateful for all his help in getting me into my new home.<br><br>Fantastic estate agency and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We recently sold our property in Golders Green through them and were really pleased with the service we received from start to finish.<br><br>Richard was incredibly helpful throughout the process and, when we ran into an unexpected complication during the sale, he was always on hand to offer advice, get involved where needed and used his knowledge and local connections to help move things along. His experience of the local market really showed and it was reassuring to have him involved throughout the sale.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to use Houseman & Holmes again and would happily recommend Richard and the team to friends and family. In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.
